Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service, knowledgeable person on the phone who gave appropriate product recommendations. Also there was next day tracked delivery which was perfect as needed the hoistsling urgently. Will use them again in the future.

Chair delivery
Very quick service. But what lost the star was due to NO notification of delivery and the chair was therefore left on the drive. Customers like to be able to track their purchases. Especially when the item is expensive.
But saying that, the chair is lovely and good quality and fast delivery. So thank you.

T70 Shower Chair
A little hiccup with the delivery schedule that was beyond the seller's control. However, the support and follow up from Tiacare was second to none; I have no hesitation recommending this company.
The product itself is of high build and functional quality, and was delivered as described; which I suspect reflects the whole of their range.

Lovely staff
Have shopped with TIACARE for a few years and have found products of good quality, any issues I have had have always been resolved quickly with prompt response and action. Staff are polite and professional. I often buy from TIACARE and have always had a great shopping experience with you compared to other similar online shopping websites. Staff are always really helpful and in the past have gone out of their way to resolve any issues that have come up. I’m a carer for my sister who has a learning disability so it really means a lot to have compassionate, reliable, extremely professional staff who are willing to help. Thank you.

At present the hoist does not help that…
At present the hoist does not help that much. I'm hoping it might help in the future after alterations to our furnishings and accommodation. At present I think I've made a mistake panick buying the hoist but time will tell hopefully.

Initially sent my parcel to the wrong address - to a completely different city. There did not seem to be any reason for this. However after sending a message to them it was quickly corrected and package received the following day.

I've been using Tiacare for all my PPE supplies for around 2 years now. They are responsive and usually well stocked for what i need.
Their customer support is fantastic also. for example - I placed an order just before the Christmas period, however, I didn't click the deliver option. Their support team emailed me directly within an hour asking if that was intentional because I don't usually select collection. It was Christmas and not receiving these over that period could've been a pain in the neck.
It goes a long way when you get support that's responsive. Great Company
