45days after order still no delivery!

I ordered Dec 16th, 2025 a small item, it took tibatoes 4 days to dispatch the item. After asking for a tracking code, it turned out it has been sent from China. Since then I sent about 15 emails to the customer service, and got always the same answer: „it’s in transit“ please be patient.
Today it’s the 45th day since I ordered, no delivery no expected delivery date, on info…
My worst experience with an online order!

Just returned items

Just returned items. Took forever. Terrible shipping and tracking. The products received were junk from China. Very similar products on Amazon for 1/2 the price or less, and if you desire this type of very poorly made material, at least Amazon on your side. DO NOT BUY from this company!!!

Safety issue

This toy is not safe to be used by unsupervised babies/ toddlers . My 22 month old grandson was easily able to pull off the clock hands and place the small white cap into his mouth. This is a choking hazard . Please ensure your child is closely supervised when using this product .

Not Trustworthy!

Interestingly, the owners refuse to accept responsibility for their inability to fulfill orders. Instead they blame it on the shipping companies.
I do NOT recommend purchasing anything from a company that blames others for their problems.
I wonder how sure you can be of the materials that their products are made with. Are they safe and durable?

I ordered the BLUE book

I ordered the BLUE book. My husband was sitting by me when I hit BLUE. I got a notice saying the PINK book was on the way! It took ALMOST THREE MONTHS to get here. I contacted customer service who said they’d send out a blue book and I could return pink book. Didn’t happen!! Now saying they’ll give 30% refund!! Next time I’ll deal with a company with integrity. Would give less than 1 star if I could!!

Extra tax

I paid an extra fee to receive the order before Christmas and it was only delivered on the 26th. When I claimed they only said they apologises… they even refund me these extra!

I think we all have been scammed

I think we all have been scammed. As I read these reviews it sounds exactly what I have been dealing with. I ordered off the website on 12/6. According to the tracking it’s been sitting in transit in Chicago since 12/20. I ordered 2 boards for my Grandkids and will not have for Christmas at this point. I was actually thinking of ordering these for my friends who are having grandchildren but now I will not order from this company and will not recommend them! I am actually thinking of contacting my credit company to dispute the charges!

Somewhat disappointed. Great grandmother

Like everyone else, I think we got took a bit. I finally got my binders, paid almost double than what they charge on Amazon. I had to dispute the payment. Then, finally they arrived on December 20,2025. I had ordered them on November 02,2025. I recharged the payment as promised, even though now I feel that Amazon is charging less. For all I-know, they were all ordered from Amazon. Bag was same when they arrived. Merry Christmas. I hope many of you will receive your package.

I ordered the busy book on 12/3 and it has been sitting in the delivery facility since 12/15. No updates. No response to my email. My granddaughter’s first Christmas and seems like I won’t be getting her toy to play with Christmas morning in time!

Tracking stalled after a week and hasnt…

Tracking stalled after a week and hasnt been updated in over a week since then. No response to multiple emails to hello@tibatoes. Out of town grandchild visits 12/20. Seems like there won’t be a present

Order was placed 12/6; from 12/13 until at least today (12/26) the tracker says it is still sitting in Chicago. Email response from Tibatoes refused a refund and said to watch the tracker. I don't want it at this point since guests have come and gone. Tibatoes response to comments that the delays are resolved are patently untrue.

Terrible shipping

Label was created 8 days ago. Ive reach out to customer service multiple times and they just keep telling me to watch the tracking link. I wanted this for our florida trip on the 28th. They are ignoring my request for a refund also. Im sure theres a better company out there that handles their own shipments and not a drop shipping company as this one sounds like. Im not even sure im responding to a real customer service rep or a AI bot.

I waited over 3 weeks and definitely don’t feel this was what I expected. It’s much smaller - and I now see there is a PLUS size which should be clearly noted when you are looking at the photos. Very deceiving. I would prefer to return but it is a Christmas gift and now I have to sort what to do.
