Absolutely completely satisfied and overly joy with the ticket clinic firm they’ve been a great help to me. Now driving down here South Florida can get tricky, but they save you a lot of anguish.

Absolute garbage. My original ticket was $130. I paid ticket clinic $80 to take care of it. Then I never heard from them again. Months later now I owe the court $240 and my license is suspended because these people did absolutely nothing. They won’t even give me a refund to help offset the costs. Do not recommend. They take your money and let the court suspend your license with no warning.

Don’t act like you care to make things right now. I spent hours on the phone with you patiently explaining my situation and kindly begging for a refund. I was met with indifference. “Sorry no refunds under any circumstance.” I’m not wasting any more time on this. People deserve to know that you are taking advantage of their vulnerable and desperate situations.

Llegué desesperado a causa de un accidente donde entendía que no era culpable y fui objeto de multa por no contar con testigos. Cuando llegué a Ticket Clinic fue como si hubiese llegado a un oasis. Apoyo, confianza y esperanza. The Ticket Clinic resolved my traffic citation quickly and they kept me informed every step of the way. I did not have to appear in court and they resolved the matter to my satisfaction. Would definitely use them again.

Scam alert. Do not trust this company. They will take your money but they will not do anything that you cannot do for yourself. Stay away! They are part of the problem, not a solution.
Ticket Clinic will not address the review but will instead deny it and claim they have no record of the case, which is apparently another part of the company MO.

My experience was terrible
My experience was terrible. Months later I still haven't heard anything for them in regards to what happened with my case. They've never reached out to me. I've had to call numerous times and been told to continue to wait and that my case was being escalated. Do not use the ticket clinic!

This was my first and only time having a ticket since I arrived the States, being located in Florida. I was terrified as I was so careful usually and my colleagues told me about Ticket Clinic. My ticket is dismissed-most probably as it is my very first time- but I appreciate their help in the process. I have not attended the court and fully informed by them.
