You are a ticketing website and you cannot do ticketing. The worst customer experience I've ever had. You guys are above and beyond in how bad you are at what you're supposed to specialise in.

Any load or popular event causes this website to act like complete garbage. You let people without the ability to buy tickets into the queue and your timer continues to tick when the website is under load and cannot load things for minutes. Constant time outs while entering details.

the singers and dancers were all so professional and so very talented. The lead MJ - Ilario Grant was absolutely superb. Loved loved him. Could not take my eyes off him! Teenage Michael - Liam Damons was incredible too. The dancers were all superb too. Loved every minute of it. The end where audience were encouraged to get up and as i watched the performers on stage I had tears in my eyes.

Entertaining performances, transported me back in time, first cassette I ever bought was Thriller, I forgot how much I enjoyed his music

The show and the performance of each entertainers itself was amazing and flawless! My husband and I really enjoyed the show. It was orderly and very organised. The attending staff in the venue were very good.

The lead actor playing MJ was amazing! The whole cast were impressive. The voices especially and the dancing. I was mainly blown away by how accurate the depiction of Michael Jackson was.

The band was FAR TOO LOUD so we couldn’t hear Michael. Songs were disappointing, no Ben and a lot of other major hits weren’t covered. All in all a disappointment considering the cost of the seats. All 3 of us were disappointed

Firstly this company is impossible to contact via telephone. All you get is a prerecorded message detailing how busy they are before being cutoff.
Secondly I booked and paid for 3 x State of Origin tickets on their website and paid via Paypal. I did not receive the tickets and I continued to check my Ticketek account (for evidence of the tickets) and email Ticketek. They never responded so I was indirectly forced to purchase further tickets to the event to ensure we could attend. After some days the original tickets eventually appeared in my Ticketek account so I emailed them and requested a refund. To date I have not received any refund or explanation from Ticketek. Their customer service and customer care is totally non existent.

Overall fantastic, would have liked a few more songs though

Cool music and sets, MJ actor looked a lot like Michael Jackson too! I’ve never danced out of the theatre afterwards before

Best musical I've seen! A lovely theatre with comfortable seats to watch a show that held your attention for the entire show. Incredible that such a small cast could deliver that level of entertainment for over 2 hours, some playing multiple roles! Costumes, set, performance, storyline.. all absolutely faultless. A trip down memory 'hit song' lane with the added bonus of a story I didn't know/too young to understand at the time. LOVED IT!

A beautifully kept theatre, very helpful staff and great seats was a fantastic way to start the amazing show.
The dancing, sets, lighting and amazing cast were phenomenal. I knew we were in for a treat, but OMG it definitely exceeded our expectations!!

Absolutely breathtaking performance and visually stunning

Every performer could dance, sing and act. Michael Jackson was brought back to life with and excellent stage show, great stage backdrops and props and a performance that flowed with heart and emotion.
