Confused that they are members of the FTA but are massively overcharging on tickets. The DMCC Act was extended in Nov 25 to stop massive increases on face value of tickets & today found a £300 BTS ticket being sold for £3,622 - Fair? - I don't think so & am trying to find out how to report them offically

TicketPort did exactly as described. I purchased tickets from them that were unavailable anywhere else. I was sent via email the tickets the night before the show, as had been explained by TicktPort, and I encountered no issue with using those tickets.

This was my first time using Ticketport, which was a little nerve racking as there's so many scam websites out there, but the tickets came through as advertised and the price was reasonable considering the price of concert tickets these days. Very happy with the service and will definitely use Ticketport again.

Tried to find Ricky Gervais tickets on all the usual sites, Ticketport had them & at a very reasonable resale price of £75 to see him in Watford on Sept 17th 2025, I read the reviews of the site & it looked good so I gave it a chance... it's the best move I could've made, Ticketport were fantastic, emailed me my tickets around 1 week before, along with all the event details. I can highly recommend & I'll be using again.

Apart from the stress around buying re-sale tickets which slightly took away some of the enjoyment of looking forward to the concert, I can’t fault my experience with TicketPort.

After a lot of doubt and research, I booked tickets for Billie Eilish at the O2 as my niece was desperate to go and it was the only option left having not attempted to get tickets when they first went on sale.

Tickets arrived 3 days before the event, and I was kept updated by email a week ahead of this which was a huge relief. I was still slightly concerned as to whether the tickets would work at the venue having read the minority of negative reviews, but no problems on the day and seats were great,

Tickets although obviously nowhere near face value were not ridiculous, and I was happy to pay extra to go to the concert.

Appreciate anyone can leave a made up positive review and I take far more notice of the negatives for this reason, but in this instance for what it is worth, I would use this company again based on my experience.

Seamless transaction from start to finish. We were kept well informed and had no issues at the venue with our tickets for the PL Darts at Liverpool 2025. Would definitely use TicketPort again and would highly recommend them.

The ticket prices were close to face value, so we were dubious in the first instance. However, I have to say it was all genuine. We received tickets on time, and Ricky Gervais was awesome! 5/5. I would use it again.
