Tickets and holidays LTD Avis 

I booked with this company.the first flight I paid deposit told them the date I will pay remainder they agreed to that date and told me they would update me if anything changed in regard to price and cancellation.I sent them the remainder so they could issue the ticket,also I asked them how much it was to add a extra bag.instead of issuing my ticket they took over 24hours to get back to me just to say they was waiting for me to confirm the next bag and that the ticket reservation has expired forcing me to buy another ticket costing a extra £300.then the 2nd time they done it again and I refused to buy another ticket so they took my £350 and said there is no refund for the deposit because the airline kept it.i then called the airline and they advised me that only if a ticket is issued a refund would not be possible but from there is no ticket issue they do not take the deposit.The company took my money and then trued to offer me back £50 voucher knowing I would never ever use there company.Tl

David was very helpful polite and patient with booking the right ticket for my flight .
This person is a key asset to T&H LTD,nothing is to much for him to keep one dated thank you.
