Tickts is a UK ticketing platform built to put more money back in the pockets of fans and event organisers. We sell tickets online for everything from grassroots music nights, comedy and theatre to non-league football, festivals, club nights, charity fundraisers and community events. What makes us different is simple: no booking fees for buyers and zero commission for organisers. The price an organiser sets is the price a fan pays, and the organiser keeps it. There are no hidden charges, no per-ticket commissions and no long contracts. Where other platforms can add 10 percent or more to every ticket, with Tickts the only cost is the standard card-processing fee that applies anywhere you pay by card. Money is paid directly into the organiser's own Stripe account as tickets sell, so they stay in control of their funds rather than waiting weeks for a payout after the event. Behind the scenes, organisers get a full toolkit included with every account: reserved seating, QR code check-in scanning from any phone, gift cards, fan-to-fan resale at face value, memberships, merchandise, discount codes and live sales analytics. For fans, buying is quick and easy, tickets save straight to Apple and Google Wallet, and you always pay face value. Fair ticketing, done properly.

Thanks for the kind words, and sorry the email landed in spam. Mail filters are the one part we can't control, so the order confirmation screen gives a check-your-spam nudge the moment you book, and there's tickts.co.uk/find-my-tickets, which shows your tickets on screen and resends them in under a minute, no account needed. Hopefully next time there's no hunting at all.

Stated fee free but charged 73pence over ticket price, when questioned I was told ‘ This is due to a Stripe processing fee. There are no booking fees on this platform but all ticketing systems do have a separate card processing fee’

Hi, thanks for the review, but I think two different charges have been mixed up here, so let me set the record straight.
A booking fee and a card processing fee are not the same thing. A booking fee is what a ticketing platform adds on top for itself, the £3 to £15 the big sites tack onto every ticket. tickts charges none of it: no booking fee, no commission, nothing. I currently make nothing from running tickts, I am building a zero-booking-fee brand to end exactly that gouging.
A card processing fee is completely separate. It is the bank's charge (Stripe, 1.5% + 20p) on every card payment made anywhere. The 73p you saw was that, not a tickts fee, and it is shown at checkout before you pay. On this event the organiser chose to pass that small bank fee on rather than absorb it, and I take none of it.
So a review that reads as though tickts adds hidden fees is the exact opposite of the truth. If anything is still unclear I would genuinely welcome the chance to explain, just drop me a line at hello@tickts.co.uk. David, founder.
