Im so disappointed! I purchased and paid for an air-fryer in November 2019. Despite numerous promises and even more unanswered communications...I have received neither the air-fryer or a refund. It is now March 2023!!!!

Zero star this is a scam I paid in October no airfryer asked for a refund no joy

I wish there were Zero star rating, cause this company "TIDEE" is by far the biggest SCAM out there! I ordered my Tidee Air-Fryer with my last R925 on 26/11/21, thinking it will be a huge time saver. But all it has been, is a waste of time. Hoping it will arrive and it never has. Today is 9/01/23, I have sent them another email, requesting a refund. But the emails don't go through, (they did go through in April last year & I was told my refund is being processed) but since May everything went cold, cause I assume they have run away with all our money. If there is a place to report them, please let me know. I'm all in!

I already ordered my Tidee airfryer in Oct 2021. the 23rd I received a notification of the great choice I've made. On 24 October I received an e-mail from Mat to thank me for my purchase but until today (29/11/2022), I still haven't received it. I queried on their website and have sent numerous e-mails to them. I received an e-mail to inform me that the goods will be dispatched by the first week in April, then it changed to the 3rd week in April. After that they did not answer anymore and the only movement on their Facebook is from people complaining that they are still waiting for their airfryers.

I am utterly disappointed in this company. I do so much of my purchases online but this experience has totally put me off. With so many people complaining about them how is it possible that nothing can be done about them scamming people like this? I ordered the air fryer in September 2021 and till today I've not gotten it. At first, I would get a response to my emails but now it just shows an error email can't be delivered. don't even want this product anymore i just want my money back.

I purchased the air fryer online on the 4th November 2021 and when I would write emails I would only get an automated response, at some point they even thanked me for trust and patience. This was around 18 March when they claimed they were waiting for a shipment. Now this is October 2022, no communication whatsoever and even when I inboxed them on facebook asking for a refund, I get no response. This is the biggest scam ever and I want my refund.

I Bought 2 x Air Fryer's in November 2021 and never received it. Numerous emails without any luck. These types of Businesses should be FLAG as a high WARNING on all social media platforms as SCAMS because the leave a BAD TASTE OF WHAT A BUSINESS IS ABOUT and blocking the opportunity for other smaller entities to get a foot in the market via Social Media. I feel we all should all open a Case at SAPS that an example can be set that we as the Customers are getting tired of these SCAMMERS. IT'S TIME TO STAND TOGETHER. They took our money for a product never received and still operates.

Bought airfryer in November 2021, nothing received to date. We were scammed, somehow we need to prevent Matt from scamming more people.

I paid for a Tidee air fryer in November 2021. Never received. How is it possible that Matt got away with it? So many people are scammed. It seems that it was a bad product and he just disappear. We need to find him and he has to pay back. I'm shocked in online private sellers. I was also caught by Shantel du Plessis on FB with an Air Fryer. Never again.

I have no experience in receiving my airfryer. I have no experience receiving any reasons for not getting my airfryer. What must I experience?

Tidee does not even deserve 1 star. I ordered and paid for my airfryer in November 2021. It is now 11 July 2022 and I have had no response to any of my plenty emails. They now say the email account does not exist. I want a refund on the product I never received, but one can't get hold of this thief and scammer. What can one do about this?

Unfortunately a zero star is not an option.
I've been waiting since October 2021 for delivery.
A scam of note.....

Scam. Ordered 2 airfryers 8 months ago. No response.

After a year I finally received my air-fryer -I am very disappointed as it is not working properly .It switches off in the middle of a cook session , jumps time and degrees. I emailed Matt, no response regarding my query

I received my Tidee Air fryer after a long wait, however I have only been able to use it 3 times as it keeps switching off. There is NO manual, NO troubleshooting which I have with my pressure cooker so I would REALLY like a response from Matt who has received payment for this airfryer if he can advise on this issue.

I paid for a air fryer last year October, and have only been getting empty promises for my delivery. Recently, the emails are bouncing back. Still no delivery/no refund, no communication.

I hope that someone can meet up with Matt and do to him what so many of us wish we can do. This is so bad for the honest business to get people to trust in online shopping.

So with every body else also just empty promises and now Matt and his crew have disappeared of the grid with our hard-earned cash!!!
