I contacted them ahead of needing to get some garden work done, and specified it was important that the grass was mowed.

They arrived late, were rude, kept trying to upsell me, asked what my budget limit was, charged £100 more than this (which itself was £60 over what even their individual services added up to), and didn't even mow the grass. They said the extra £60 would cover the time for them to come back and mow the grass "next time" because the ground was too wet. When I then contacted about when this could be done, they have ghosted me and not replied at all (it's been about 2 weeks now so I've given them plenty of time).

They made 4 appointments with me and did not turn up for any of them. First time rain forecast which was fine although called me after time due. Second time they said it was going to rain. I assured them it was not going to rain but they still did not turn up!! It DID NOT RAIN that day. I then told them not to bother me again, they called me and said they could come in 2 days so I said OK, guess what they did not turn up. Gave them one more chance and received call the day before to say the manger had an emergency and could not come. I told them to forget it all together. What abunch of cowboys!!! IF YOU LIKE TO BE MESSED ABOUT THEY ARE FOR YOU.

Small garden and big hedge to trim. Excellent work. Swift and professional. Everything is above board and the service is superb.

The work was carried efficiently within the time scale. I am grateful for the smooth and continuous communication from the admin. I will recommend tidy properties!!

Hi, I just moved to this new place with my partner in February, very cold weather and not much happening in the garden! But end of April, May all start to be growing nicely and a bit more! I ask advice to my landlord she recommends me her garden but he wasn’t available. I checked online and found this 5 stars rating company so called them! Really reactive and accommodating!
They came yesterday and done a fantastic job in my garden and in front of the building! So good so my neighbours from the other building came downstairs to take the cards ! Really friendly and understanding team! I will recommend for sure! Nina

Goran did a great job bringing our garden in order. We never had a garden before and haven’t done anything in it since we moved in 7 months ago. So all bushes were totally wild, weeds were everywhere and everything was quite messy. However, Goran and his colleague cleaned everything up, gave us great advice but always asked us before going ahead to make sure we’re happy. Can highly recommend this company!
