DO NOT HIRE. Total Scam- Left my home dirty and damaged!
I would give zero stars if I could. I paid over $300 to have my condo cleaned by TiDy ( now calling themselves TiDii.ca) and it was a total disaster.
Two cleaner stayed for 4 hours and did almost nothing. The fridge was still filthy, and they claimed they couldn’t remove simple water marked from the toilet- which I wiped off myself in seconds after they left. Even worse, they jammed my laundry room door so badly I had to spend $80 on a repairman just to get it open again.
When I complained, they actually asked me for more money to finish the job they already failed to do. These cleaners are inexperienced and unprofessional. Save your money and avoid the hassle this company is a scam.

In 2 months had 3 last minute cancels day of appointment. Never can get replacements even with plenty of options. The last one I messaged the day before to reconfirm they would actually show and all they did was ask for my number so they could call me about the costs and services. I complained each time and all the “concierge” does is explain they are just an app and not responsible for no shows and give a credit for the next appointment. It’s a waste of time to bother with this one at least in Nashville area.

This has to be the worst app I’ve ever…

This has to be the worst app I’ve ever came across.
I am a cleaner myself looking for more opportunity.
I made a profile, as I signed in I had to pay $14.99 right away for a background check that’s completely irrelevant outside cleanster. They realistically just want the 14.99 the moment you join. There was absolutely no jobs in the 4 weeks I had this app. Customer service is horrible they don’t answer. I felt like I was getting ripped off my 14.99 I paid that for what? There wasn’t one job offer and they put a price on my service which completely set me off I didn’t realize there the ones who set a price and that’s the price I find that completely unreasonable if you’re an experienced cleaner. I ended up deleting my account and lost my 14.99$. Completely a waste of my time. I recommend Turno. You can make your own pricing, customer service takes under 10 mins and you get daily bids at high prices. I don’t recommend anyone to use this app. Especially for cleaners.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! On Thursday 2 Spanish speaking cleaners came to our home for a 4 hour cleaning job. After 30 mins they came and told me they had the wrong home and literally ran out of my home everything out of place. Luckily my partner said something wasn't right and check our jewelry and the cleaners stole 2 Cartier rings, a gold watch, and 2 gold bracelets. I had no way to contact the company except for email and they refused to help and sent me a link saying they aren't responsible for theft. All we could do is file a police report. This company is a joke. Please protect your family and stuff and don't allow these people into your homes.

TERRIBLE CLEANING COMPANY

TERRIBLE CLEANING COMPANY! I used Cleanster for Airbnb and everytime the cleaned my Airbnb it was left dirty. All of my guest left a one star review for the cleaning and when I communicated this issue with Cleanster I got calls from people who yelled at me, said it was my problem and did not fix the problem. I was once told by the cleaner I needed new linens for the bed. I bought the linens, brought it to them and that same day when I had a check-in, people left my airbnb because the linens were not changed. When I told Cleanster about this issue they just screamed at me on the phone and said I should be grateful for their service. Not professional, poor serivce, and an awful cleaning company

Upon taking over the task for the first five cleanings, your focus shifted towards budget rather than quality. The cleaner assigned to your bookings requested additional time, which was declined on multiple occasions during the initial five cleanings.

Our support team reached out to discuss the importance of quarterly deep cleaning, similar to what your mother used to do. Despite our efforts to explain the benefits, you declined the offer. Furthermore, we extended a free deep cleaning service, which you also refused.

Throughout our communication, we ensured clarity and transparency, especially considering the longstanding relationship our founders had with your mother. Our support team consistently provided guidance on best practices for hosting on Airbnb, but unfortunately, it seems that our suggestions were not accepted.

We understand that you received your first negative review and took to posting about it. Our support team promptly reached out, offering apologies and a free cleaning, which, regrettably, you did not avail.

horrible customer service.

I had a good experience with the cleaner but not everything was done according to their « deep cleaning » description. I tried getting in touch with their customer service over 5 times and they never respond. I finally received an email and then they stopped responding again. Terrible customer service. I also referred a friend and never received my 25$ coupon but my friend did.

Very poor quality cleaners. Look elsewhere before choosing cleanster app.

The service is expensive and the cleaning was definitely not well done. Many aspects of cleaning that I was getting from other companies were promised, but then NOT performed. Very disappointed in the app (very hard to make a connection to a good claener) and once I did find a cleaner, they were sloppy, unreliable, careless and broke items in my rental unit, and just left without telling anyone.

Very trustworthy app

This Cleanster app is the best cleaning app in the market today. Very user friendly, interface is very nice and clear, easy to navigate👌 but the best thing about it is I am able to book cleaner right away! Cleaners are meticulous and follows what you ask for! They have backup cleaners too so I didn't worry at all especially if I will need another cleaner to cover my other units. Highly recommended🙂

The Best Housekeeping and Maid Services in California

Excellent Housekeeping Services from Polly P., and Vanessa who really shined and made the house shine too HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FOR HOUSEKEEPING AND DEEP CLEANING IN ORANGE COUNTY CA. "the best housekeeping service in Orange County for both private and AirBNB business clients" (ask for a discount)..Here are the strongest points Cleanster.
1. All of the Housekeepers were Very Skilled at cleaning more difficult areas such as cabinet faces and even cleaned in hard to reach places behind doors.
2. Punctual, Professional, Friendly and Extremely Fluent in English
3. Very reasonable prices competitive with market rate.
4. Used excellent cleaning products including organic cleaners
5.Willling to get their hand dirty cleaned kitchen from floor to ceiling
6. Customer Service is a whole world unto itself, available by phone 24/7 with friendly professionals including Margie who helped me with billing and booking. The cleaners were honest and trustworthy and I left the home in their care and nothing bad to report. I can honestly say there are no complaints and I am going to continue to use this company for regular housekeeping services.

Absolutely awful service -a cleaner…

Absolutely awful service -a cleaner apparently accepted my booking on 13/12 for an important occasion on 28/12- I hear at 1am on 28/12 that no one has accepted the booking -I’m now left in a really difficult situation where I have Jo time to book an alternative cleaner

Awful service and support

Tried to book three times only to be cancelled last minute with zero explanation. I raised it up with support and they were very patronizing and said there are no pros in my area. I find this hard to believe as I am in the heart of Atlanta. I’m now scrambling to find service myself after wasting so much time on this app. Oh yeah, and they take payment in advance so even if your pro doesn’t show up, they have your money.

Game changer

Game changer. I decided to have a biweekly cleaning and a monthly deep cleaning. Now, I don't spend most of my free time during the weekend cleaning for hours or stressing about having someone to come over. So far, very happy with this solution!
