Awful customer service
Awful customer service. Argumentative customer service rep ! Then a phone call to apologise from their director but they didn’t do what they said they would. Then the next person didn’t bother to answer my message just sent me a returns label. Item was too big and according to their website I was supposed to pay for the return ! They did eventually send a label but I had to ask for that as not sent when promised.

Customer service good. Product needs improving
Customer service was good and you were punctual with getting the goods for us and returning emails. Not so much on WhatsApp but this was due to being on holiday.
1st product was faulty with stitching.
So you sent another set. Not holding up as well as I'd hoped for something that doesn't get used to the extent I believe it is built for.
Unfortunately the product just doesn't do the job staying in place and constantly falls down.
But little one wears it and it give her confidence and myself piece of mind that I'm trying to do my best for her.

The free return is not free as you have…
The free return is not free as you have to pay return postage. When I challenged them they said that the free return meant that they didn't charge to process the return in their office.
I actually wanted to exchange for a bigger size but nobody replied to tell me if that would then charge me to ship another pair of knee protectors without another shipping charge but no one replied so I gave up.

With regards to the correspondence, we are a small family run business, and unfortunately the summer holidays can cause set backs, however we are making our team bigger as we become busier. Thank you for your feedback, we will take your comments onboard.

Brilliant service and great communication along with good products. Was very happy that the products I was looking for could be bundled, making a small saving, which was a bonus. Ti-Go kept me fully updated after the items were shipped and the products look good quality. Would happily use again.

Proper gear for kids who ride
My nearly 3 year old loves his protective wear, he feels like a motorbike rider on his strider. The products are great, only a week or so in but he wears it all every time we ride. Well done team TI-GO! We will be sizing up when necessary.

My daughter loves her new jersey with our last name on it!! Great quality as always, even her old jersey and shorts got passed down to her little sister and are still in great shape and will be passed down to #3! Would like to see some new shorts.

Really Pleased
Website was easy to use. The quality of the knee and elbow protectors is excellent.Really quick delivery which was well packaged and a lovely touch with a little bag of sweets with the children's items. Highly recommended.

I bought my Grandson some cycling…
I bought my Grandson some cycling gloves for his birthday. They are really good quality & would recommend this company again. Exchanged very friendly emails with them & they really care about their customers. We even got a little bag of sweets in the box with the glove. My Grandson loves them & I wouldn't hesitate to buy him something else off this site.

We love the tigo stuff!
Just received the padded trousers for my youngest last week and tested them over the weekend. Absolutely brilliant, comfy, great fit, great quality.
Can't wait for bigger sizes to come into stock for my oldest.
We also have tigos knee/elbow pads and nearly evert pair of gloves they sell. Cannot beat this stuff for little Riders!
