I really loved the way they were able to customize to my requirements. They add that personal touch and it feels like you have written the letter. I would love to choose their services again.

I had an awesome experience with TIHLC.
Was looking for agencies to write a handwritten letter for me that i intended to hand it to my husband on a special day. Found the reviews good so went ahead with TIHLC.
The process went well with letter delivered in a day (i had opted for express delivery anyway!) as it was urgent.
BUT... BUT.. BUT.. the letter received had few mistakes, it was not proof read properly. At first i was mad to see that. Disappointed as hell ! as it was special to me and had not much time to redo the process.
In a rage I wrote back to the team.
To my surprise, the reply back was fast. They contacted me back and apologized for the wrong done. Infact the chief writer Anubhav wrote back and took full responsibility for the same and asked for a day to correct.
The team kept in touch continuously on whatsapp, re-wrote the letter and sent me soft sample too before sending the hard copy (received it as asked for and in a day's time).
TIHLC lived up to their commitment
I found this gesture too good! They valued their customers time and intent and were ready to go any heights to achieve it!
Would refer anyone looking for such service.. Thanks

A realistic experience
Hi my name is Karan I would like to share my experience with the Indian handwritten letter co. When I was planning to give my girlfriend and anniversary letter I searched online for somebody to write my letter in a better handwriting I stumbled upon this site but what I did not like and made me reluctant to order from this side was the delivery time although they promise to deliver within 3 working days which I did not have I thought to myself that is not possible. Still I got an email by the team and I thought maybe let's give it a try so I asked them if they could write the letter and scan it and give it to me and I can get printed locally it took them within 1 and a half hours to perfectly design and write the letter and to scan and send it. long story short I was happy that I could present the letter to my girlfriend and the fact that the and product was not just satisfactory or rentable but it was lovely and in a way it was a Masterpiece. I am very grateful and and I wish that you and your team prosper thanks a lot

2) Great customer supports, they literally work with you 24/7 to get the product ready
3) Lots of customisation options, to exactly Taylor things the way you want
4) Talking about economics, I can tell seed investors one thing, I would fund it based on their numbers. They don't need to scale, what they have is unique and this comes from a neutral and precision oriented customer.

I stumbled upon tihlc site while surfing for the perfect gift on Valentines.. Glad I found them... the letter they delivered was so perfectly written and neat... words are important but the way tihlc penś them down makes them alive... words get more meaning..

Helpful and Friendly
These guys helped me out quite a bit. The recipient got the letter exactly on time and it was so clean and beautifully written. I had some issue with payment but they were quick to solve it. 10/10 Would use their service again.
