Tillpoint Avis 170

I recently purchased a printer through the site, I was charged for the purchase but received no confirmation, nothing about delivery. I have tried every phone number/email I can find on their site but none of the numbers work, no one replies to the emails.
is this company a scam?.
If anyone has a number that works please send it my way.

STAY AWAY!
Service is obsolete, the telephone number does not work and noone is responding to any emails. After the Activation of the Trial period, the tablet App stays locked and does not allow you to use it!!! SAVE YOURSELF THE LOST TIME!

I try to contact Till Point helpline service nearly every day for last couple of weeks… and I must to say that it is impossible to contact customer service. after leaving plenty voicemails messages… no one is responding. Place where I work use Till Point software more than one year. me and my team didn’t have any issues with program before. Unfortunately from last 2 weeks we struggle with software. Program doesn’t record cash and cards transaction and on the end of day we are not able to create daily taking reports. It creates chaos because we can’t see physical sales. Horrible experience… soo my company probably will have to change till software.

Avoid
After the free trial I paid to activate the account.
Money taken , account not activated to work on my terminal.
No response on their phone number or emails.
My business was going to use this to accept payments, been left in the lurch now. Try another company, not this one.
Don't want to call this a scam but if my money could be returned that would be great.
Update
I have sent a message and screen grabs of payment over.
No response.

I subscribed to the software 4 days ago and they charged to my credit card and still not able to use the software. Contacted company many times and no response.

Tillpoint allows me to run my busiinss effortlessly. Times when I have needed support with the system, someone is always at hand to guide me through. Would definielty reccommend!

Big shout out to Tillpoint for their service and help - it's very tough time and they do all they can to go above & beyond! Software is great and at such a reasonable cost!!!

Key software thats done wonders for the bar... much better than our old till system and I like that it works from ipads - very handy
