Great group of people.

Several years ago after suffering several family losses my tax situation spiraled out of control. I "Googled" around, I talked to many "Services" and couldn't get a good feeling. Then I found Timberline, they had great reviews and tho I was dubious; I called. I spoke in great length with Joe and after our call I decided to place my fate into his hands. Fast forward to today, the collections letters have stopped, I can sleep at night and I'm rounding the corner of having a HUGE TAX DEBT resolved. Joe and Veronica are consitently available and responsive. Joe took the time to walk me through every step and to FOLLOW THROUGH.; he was hands on with everything and I wasn't "passed off" to someone else! Timberline's fees were discussed up front and they've honored everything that was told to me. They're both professionals in everything they do and Joe knows the laws and proceedures. Between the two of them, they've given me a fresh start and a new life. I only had "one shot" at this. After a lot of indepth research, I went with TImberline, Joe and Veronica and nothing could have made me happier! I hereby give Joe my permission to use me as a reference and if you're skeptical; I'll be only too happy to speak with you and share my experience further!

Working with Timberline Tax Group was extremely helpful and comforting to a very stressful situation. I say comfortable the most because I knew after a very short time that I was dealing with real people who I can trust and who actually care about my situation besides knowing what they are doing. . That is rare today!! Brook and Blake worked very closely with me and advising me with honesty and compassion and in a very timely manner of what options good or bad I had in front of me. I felt that I was in great hands and it removed lots of my stress. They helped me resolve the issue faster than I ever thought.

Its hard to write this without thinking I am exaggerating but I would recommend them to anybody and wish more people would be this professional and so considerate towards other people. It's such a pleasure to do business with a company who not only answers the phone, but returns calls and makes calls to keep us informed. Even as we wait on IRS, regular calls are made with updates. Tax issues can be a long process to get them satisfied and get replies from the IRS so patience is truly a virtue.
