This company is trash made an order dec 17 and it’s march 22 I still haven’t received. I’ve sent about 12 emails with the most basic responses. They actually sent one saying they ship and it was a tracking number that never activated. I’ve asked for my money back about 6 times and to add insult to injury they offered me 30 percent back as good faith? Take 100 percent give back 30 and say they did me a favour??? Stupid company save yourself and your money!!!!

Horrible shipping

Horrible shipping I still have not gotten my package. I've ordered it on December 29 yet I'm still waiting??? them sending me a 15% off discount isn't gonna fix it. I need my package to come. I've been waiting for months and this is just ridiculous at this point and it's starting to feel like a scam. I've seen multiple reviews from other customers to complaining about the shipping so I'm just assuming now that this whole website is a scam I'm really disappointed since I paid $300 for two sets.

If I could give zero stars

If I could give zero stars, I would. Order placed on 2/12/26 and still haven’t received this order. Have sent several messages with the first response being that a surge in orders has caused the delay, but that they were expecting their shipment to arrive within a few weeks and would ship it immediately. Then we get an email stating a shipment number was created, but no movement. We wait TWO WEEKS just to see if it starts to move, and nothing. Customer service keeps saying they are waiting for the carrier to pick up the shipment, and keeps deferring back to their excuse of a surge in orders. I have requested a refund and for the order to be cancelled several times, and they offer a code for ordering something with a discount. Why would I order something ELSE if your company is an absolute scam? Look at all these negative reviews where you keep giving customers the same exact excuse for months about surges in orders and customers not receiving their order. I urge everyone to report their transactions to their credit card companies as a scam. This is absolutely ridiculous and I will keep posting anywhere I can so that everyone stays away from ordering from this company.

Order taking a lil long my friend order his and got his with a week so im not understanding what’s taking so long my order number is 29508 so does it usually to long for Canada to ship to Brooklyn

Tracksuit quality is good and it feels comfortable to wear. Shipping took longer than I expected, which was a bit disappointing. However, once the package arrived, the product itself was nice. I might consider ordering again.

Long ship out times and unprofessional

This company is very unprofessional. I ordered a tracksuit on January 25th and have yet to received it. They have given me a tracking number but for the past month it hasn’t updated and has stayed the exact same. Taking a month to ship out a package is insane. The first time I emailed them they responded and gave me an automated response basically just saying that they are sorry and they’re trying their best to ship it out. The second time I emailed they said that my package would be shipped out the following week. Then I waited and my package wasn’t shipped out the week they said it would be. I have emailed them twice since then as well as texted them on instagram and I’ve gotten no response. I’m starting to think this business is a scam.

Buyers beware!!!

I placed a pre- order on December 25 and have not received it. In fact, I have not even received a valid tracking number yet. They will send you a generic one that never updates. This company continues to send me the same repetitive email stating that my order is on the way or that there is a delay when they initially told me my order would ship on or around January 17. This company refuses to issue me a refund. Yet, they continue to advertise items identical to my order as currently being in-stock and ready to ship. This whole experience has been very stressful and disappointing!
Now, this company refuses to respond to my emails. I don’t wish this stress upon anyone so I would recommend using another company for your clothing needs.

Bought a hoodie and bottom for my daughter to go a school function I ordered these items on 1/23/2026 and still haven’t received my items.I reached out to time loopz and the response is basically about high volumes and carrier delays, but I still haven’t received any tracking details even though the website states that I would receive my items in 5 days.This is unacceptable and I won’t be ordering from them again.I think this is a scam website.

Idk how to feel right now because I ordered Jan 19 it is now Feb 2nd and idk if I'm even gonna get it before March I bought a hoodie and the matching pants to go with it and it is still saying waiting for details and when I try to get information on there website and some automated stuff so idk what's gonna happen just praying that it actually come but with the looks of these reviews idk.

I made my order December 26 2025 and I still haven't received it. Even though I ordered a preorder the date that they claim that production will start keeps getting longer and longer with no explanation. As a business and a influencer I find this a scam and very unprofessional.

I ordered from the store expecting it to come on time

I ordered from the store expecting it to be an amazing experience. I saw it online and wanted to support. I placed my order towards the end of December and still haven’t received it. It’s been over a month and my package still isn’t here and I have no clue where it is because they did not provide any tracking information or anything to identify where my packages are when I will be receiving it I’m very disappointed and don’t recommend ordering from here.

Scam Do Not Use

My son ordered from this company on 12/31/25 and has not received a package. I emailed them at the email they provided and nothing. My son reached out to them on IG and they responded by giving him a tracking number and telling him to contact USPS about his package. We contacted USPS who has no record of the package and cannot track non USPS numbers. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH THEM.
