This software platform is very worrisome for hacking issues. One can easily use their system and create/send invoices on behalf of your organization and send invoices which you did not create yourself. BUYER BEWARE!!

Pros: We are a law firm and the attorneys find the program user friends.
Cons: Everything about running reports is AWFUL! Monthly reports, annual reports. Our CPA asked us to switch software companies. PLUS the reports are not consistent. We pay monthly bonuses for time billed over X hours. You can run different reports and they show different hours. Support has been looking into this for months with no solution. It's a total nightmare. I'd suggest another software.

What a rip off company. I closed my firm and notified Timesolv everyway I could but they kept billng my corporates credit card and now refuse to refund any of the charges made after I closed my firm. I would never trust them.

Overall Timesolv is a good product with great potential for time tracking, invoicing and general business practice management. Recently they deployed a new dashboard and analytics module which has been helpful, but still needs some work. Overall if you're looking for extreme customization, this tool may not be for you, but if you're looking for a product to get things organized and user friendly, go for it!

What I like most about this software is that there are no extraneous bells and whistles. It simply does what it needs to do.

This system is so much more efficient than the massive Excel file we had everyone entering their time on. The system was fairly easy to learn for employees of all IT levels. Some of the settings assigned to clients and projects can feel a little counterintuitive to begin with, but their support staff was great during our transition. Our company has definitely increased our number of billable hours, now that we have a certain way to track the work being done for each client and project.

Unlike ADP, it never inexplicably stops working right when you need to use it.

I have used a lot of time capture and billable tracking software. Timesolv is well thought out and one of the best I have used in my 30+ years of being an attorney.

Straightforward and easy to use. Many useful tools and options for viewing and tracking. I just wish the reporting options were more robust with the ability to customize reports based on any data field. Currently i have to print to .csv file then sort the data as needed. I'd love to have a .pdf populate based on exactly the data i need.

VERY easy to learn and support team was awesome. Definitely an affordable and effective solution for small businesses and places with billable hours, like law, automotive, financial, etc.

Timesolv is easy to navigate, even our attorneys with no billing software experience have caught right on.

TimeSolv has been a very user-friendly web-based billing software. I like the edit tools and the ease of invoice management. I would recommend this software to any law firm out there.

TimeSolv is a terrific software! It is very user friendly. I am a paralegal, so I am just entering my time. I'm not involved in the billing process. However, I've seen the bills the program generates; they are concise and easy to read and understand. I am glad my firm uses this software.
