Could be better for more established companies
I've been a client for 5+ years now and all my requests for features have gone to deaf ears. My chief complaint would be how unfriendly this app is for companies with employees, it's impossible to run correct payroll amounts with their features.
I find that this company expends itself too thin, they focus software updates on changing the app's colors and making hiring funnels before fixing payroll problems or other core product things that need fixing. They also make very, very, very infrequent product updates.
Although Time To Pet is the leader in the industry, it could do better by listening to the customer. Making a public roadmap would be a great first step.
I would like to note my customers like their product, and I do not receive complaints very often about it from them.
