Another Chinese dupe. Claim their products are real leather. They are not. Charge high prices for synthetic materials. They say they are in Spain but stuff comes from China. If I’d known that I would have known what was to follow. No returns policy online which is illegal. However, they do subsequently say you return overseas at your own expense. Complete rogues misrepresenting the products and apparently getting away with it.

Partono dalla Cina. Acquistato borsa primi febbraio, mai arrivata. Il traking da consegnata ma non si sa a chi e nessuno da risposta concrete. Servizio cluenti inesistente. Continuano a rispondere di provvedere a rispedire il prodotto .
AGGIORNAMENTO-- oggi 16 marzo 2026 arriva un corriere col pacchetto.....arrivato!! dal traking risulta la seconda spedizione e quindi hanno detto verita' ( dopo un mese di mie email )
la borsa comunque e' carina, cineseria ma carina.

I love my bag !! It’s pretty and practical. Small but big in the same time . I will recommend 100%

Achtung betrug. Es wird aus China angeliefert über Spanien nach Frankreich dann nach Deutschland. Retour nicht machbar da dies keine Adresse habe dafür. Selbst mit Paypal käufer Schutz nicht! Tasche in Plastiktüten und sehr schlecht und defekt verarbeitet! Bitte bestellt dort nicht!

I received an email from Tiny Big Bag informing me that my order had been delivered, and an email from CTT Express saying the same, but I never received my order. I tried contacting the delivery company, but the delivery code doesn't match the one they use. After a month of trying to receive my order, I've come to the conclusion that I've been scammed.

Was een beetje angstig na het lezen van de reviews, maar ik ben zeer tevreden. Verzenden duurde iets langer dan ik gewend ben, maar mijn bestelde tas kwam vandaag binnen en wat een leuke tas! Werd geleverd in een stoffen tas en de kwaliteit is prima.

Ordered a Lulu pop open bag in the 7th July. I must admit that I was anxious after reading previous reviews that it wouldn't arrive, but it did. Arrived today, well packaged and with its own dust bag ! I'm well happy and would definitely buy from this Company again.

Ordered two purses on May 20th. Supposedly, there was an attempt to deliver the package one time and then after that the package was returned. The company assured me they'd resend it. The courier apparently attempted to deliver it again but I'm still waiting almost 2 months later for my order.

Finally got an email on 17/05 telling me it’s on its way from the factory in China
So it’s somewhere in that country
The fact this company is in China is well concealed
Had I known this was a Chinese company I wouldn’t have ordered from them
Annoyed with myself for being misled
If my order ever arrives I will update on quality but as of now I’ve been scammed 😞

Bought bags beginning of May said id get confirmation of delivery, 2 weeks later not email. Have emailed them and radio silence
Another scam I’ve fallen victim of FFS

Terrible quality and not like the images on the website or the Instagram page. I purchased 6 hoping to give them to family as gifts and was totally disappointed. This didn't get any better when I tried to return them. I had to pay £12.75 myself even though I'd spent over £100 on the product. I am still waiting for my refund 6 weeks later.

This does not seem to be a legitimate company and I am investigating the business further.

Ich habe 2 Handytaschen mit integriertem Geldbeutel gekauft und nach Erhalt der Ware festgestellt, dass es schlecht verarbeitet wurde und mir so nicht gefällt. Die Kontaktaufnahme vom Support war zügig, aber sie wollen die Ware nicht zurücknehmen.

The bag came with a non-functioning clasp, but customer support fixed it immediately and they sent me a replacement bag within a few days. I am very satisfied and I give five stars.

Don't really know what all the negative reviews are about because I purchased 2 bags and they are lovely. Also didn't realise they were being shipped from overseas but when I emailed for an update on shipping, the team responded in the same day and were very helpful :)

Sent me a bag with a strap that was broken, took over a month to replace the strap. Once i had the strap realized i didn’t like the bag but was “outside” the 14 day return policy.

I would give zero stars if possible.
Zip had a flaw but I was told it zipped fine despite the flaw so it was OK.
Strap is described as being 120-130cm long but it was a maximum 120cm from clip to clip.
I was told to make my own holes in the strap to extend the strap length. Apparently this is normal and happens with belts too??
Even then, it wouldn't be 130cm because there isn't enough excess at the end but I was told this was acceptable and if I wanted a refund I had to post the bag, at my cost to Barcelona, even though the return address on the parcel was a UK address.
I suggested a better way of treating customers was to apologise for the error and change the website details to rectify the actual measurements of the bag but they didn't see it that way. They believe the strap is 130cm long despite evidence to prove it is not.
When I said I would include their comments in my review of the bag- they said "it is up to you if you would like to break the shop but please know that there are few people who rely on this small business".

There is an error in the bag's measurement- surely a better business model would be to update the measurements and ensure there are no further unhappy customers going forward rather than using emotional blackmail on a reasonable complaint.
