Ye defo will be recommending and using tippers again . Great customer service and quality of timber which was way cheaper in cost than anywhere i could find

Products good - difficult to get a firm delivery date until after order placed
They're OK. They postponed the requested delivery date to the following week - suspect I was a low priority order. A paper bag of white cement was delivered wrapped in a plastic bag, turns out the paper bag was split at the bottom and cement was spilling out!

Good price and very welcoming and helpful
I ordered some insulation boards online, and collected them the following day. The price was great, and when I turned up to collect them, I had a goof welcome, and the forklift driver put the boards very carefully on my roof bars. I will use Tippers in Huthwaite again

Easy to order online, delivery prompt although I wasnt 100% happy with my delivery been dumped on a wet grass verge when I asked for it to be put over the wall onto the gravel, lucky enough it was a dry day so the wood did not get damaged

Very impressed with Tippers
Very impressed with Tippers. Purchased some paving slabs online for delivery. Then added a big band of sharp sand a few days later. The driver (Bert) very helpful (a credit to the company). Only 1 criticism - tried on a number of occasions to ring but no-one answered the phone (sharp sand added after my daughter went in to them).

Fast delivery
Ordered 2 x 850kg pea gravel... Arrived when I needed it and the driver was courteous and prompt. He placed it in a convenient spot. Highly recommended *****

Hi Mushtaq, we're sorry you felt the need to leave this review. We have spoken to our Lichfield Sales Office and they say that they delivered the day earlier than originally booked when ordering through our website. We only offer a Morning or Afternoon delivery slot and not a precise delivery hour timeslot. They communicated the change to you.

Always been good but people are rude
Always been good. But had a couple of incidents. I'm there waiting at the till. Couple of staff members chatting away. Bloke on the till just finishing an order. No eye contact. No I'll be with ya in a moment nothing. Even once put phone down still no acknowledgement. Just seems a bit rude. I ended up walking out and going to another builders merchants
