Ye defo will be recommending and using tippers again . Great customer service and quality of timber which was way cheaper in cost than anywhere i could find

Easy order, paying and delivery
Ordered online picking the materials I needed, selected my preferred delivery date and paid. It was very easy. On the day, the delivery driver was helpful, placing the materials where I requested. The only thing that could be improved is more info on estimated deliver time as there were no messages. My delivery arrived late afternoon & I became concerned it wasn't going to arrive that day.

Efficient and friendly
Delivery within days of ordering and the gentleman that delivered was friendly and helpful, he had time to chat and was interested in what I was going to do with the materials he delivered. However, Tippers delivered to the house next door 90 minutes earlier, using a vehicle that had enough room for my materials too. My delivery person advised that next door's delivery had come from the same place. There needs to be some joined up thinking to stop this type of thing happening again.

Wood Delivery
Telephoned, days previous to delivery to ensure everything was ok, on the day, quick call to let me know what time they would be arriving, came on time, delivered it right where i wanted and everything was perfect, always great dealing with Tippers

Hi Shaun, sorry you felt the need to leave this feedback. We have spoken to the Tamworth branch who delivered your order.
They informed us that you notified them of the damaged items immediately upon delivery and they was replaced without quibble free of charge.
Regarding the comment of different manufacturers, we only stock BS Eaton for these Milford slabs. The products that were swapped were exactly the same in specification and dimensions, you will experience minor shade/batch variation due to the manufacturing process, date and conditions.
