I have never had a worse experience. I ordered the size of tires and rims that they told me to for my car (16). When they get here at the tires are a size bigger than the rims. It takes over 24 hours for them to get me the labels to return the tires as they won’t send out the new ones until they are returned. I get them returned and get the 16 that they told me would fit my car. Upon going to get them mounted and balanced it turns out that they will not fit my car and that I need 15. Almost a month later they are still telling me that these should fit my car even if searching by vin it says 15 is needed. I now have $1400 in product that will not fit my vehicle and they are doing absolutely nothing about it. When I reached out and that’s a no that my car needs 15 yet their website says 16 they fix the website but are still doing nothing to correct what I have been sent. I still need tires and rims on my car.

I have emailed and tried to call the respondent twice and no return call yet.

Website was easy to use, I ordered some Goodyear A/Ts at 11pm and they were delivered by 1pm THE NEXT DAY. I couldn’t believe it, great experience for me.

The ordering process was fairly straightforward; however, I need to raise a serious concern regarding the delivery service used.

The tires were not delivered to the correct address, nor were they placed at my door as expected. Instead, they were left three buildings away in a common area without any notification or confirmation of delivery location.

As a result, it took me three days to locate the items. During that time, based on guidance from your customer service representative, I was preparing to contact law enforcement to report the tires as stolen due to their missing status.

This situation reflects a significant breakdown in delivery handling and creates unnecessary risk and inconvenience for your customers. I request that this issue be reviewed and addressed to prevent similar occurrences moving forward.

I received my order quickly, and its everything I wanted. I can't wait to put them on my new truck!!! The pay off in 90 days is the best part!!!! The sooner you pay the better!!!!
