I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Tire Agent. What should have been a simple tire purchase turned into almost a month of stress and back-and-forth.

My original tires were already in very bad condition, so when I placed the order, I was counting on receiving the correct tires within a reasonable amount of time. Instead, Tire Agent messed up the original order and sent me two different tires that were not what I was expecting for my car. I then had to deal with returning the incorrect tires and waiting for everything to be sorted out.

I want to make one thing very clear: Marianne was amazing. I would personally give her five stars. She was kind, professional, stayed in communication with me, and genuinely seemed like she was trying her best to help. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about her. From my experience, it felt like her hands were tied by the company’s process.

My frustration is with Tire Agent as a company. When a company makes the mistake in the first place, I believe they should go the extra mile to correct it. I asked whether they could provide an equivalent replacement without charging me extra or at least expedite the shipping because of how long this had already taken. Instead, after nearly a month of dealing with this situation, the replacement tires were finally shipped using a method that is taking roughly another 10 days to reach me.

Meanwhile, I have been driving a vehicle with tires that I do not feel comfortable or safe driving on while waiting for this to be resolved. That is the part that frustrates me the most. When someone is buying tires, this isn’t just about convenience. Tires are a safety item, and customers may be ordering because the tires currently on their vehicle urgently need replacement.

Mistakes happen. I understand that. What matters is how a company responds after making the mistake. In my case, I expected much more urgency in correcting an error that was not caused by me.

Future buyers should be aware that if something goes wrong with the order, the resolution process can take much longer than you may expect. I sincerely appreciate Marianne and everything she tried to do, but the overall experience with
Tire Agent has been incredibly frustrating.

These tires were not cheap either. I paid over $2,000 for this order. Part of the reason I chose Tire Agent was because I thought I could save a few hundred dollars compared with buying the tires locally. After going through all of this, I’ve learned that sometimes saving a little money isn’t worth the headache. In some situations, it may be better to pay a little more locally, get the correct tires, have them installed, and be done with it.

The WHOLE Process for beginning to end was fantastic. From getting the best possible price to incredibly quick shipping, next day! Well, definitely you’ll be making more purchases from Tire Agent again!

Ordering the tires was easy. Customer service agents were kind and knowledgeable. However, I would have rated 5 stars had the tires actually been delivered and scheduled to be put on the car sooner than was done. It was not clear that the tires would take a full week to be delivered.

Had the side wall bust in one of the tires and I'm having trouble getting a replacement or refund customer service doesn't want to communicate. The tire was only 3 days old

Processing and shipping was fast.

The purchase went very well. What did not go well was the installation that I had a company perform that was booked through Tire Agent. Tire agent should not be working with shady installers.
