Tires Easy Avis 

It was easy to find the right tires for my truck. 3 tires arrived on time 1 was delayed but that wasn't tire easys fault. Overall a great transaction. Will use Tire easy again.

Easy to use !

If I could give zero stars I would. I had an awful experience with Tires-Easy. We ordered tires while on vacation because of a specific promised delivery date. They missed their original delivery window completely, and the tires arrived a full week after we had already left.
When we realized the tires wouldn't arrive on time before shipping, we called to cancel, but customer service completely refused to let us cancel or change the address. Instead, they instructed us to put a delivery hold with FedEx so they would automatically be returned for a refund. We followed their instructions exactly. However, FedEx still delivered them to our vacation spot after we left.
Two months later, having never received my refund, I called to check the status. They told me the tires had been delivered and refused a return because it was 15 days past their policy, claiming "potential dry rot." This is a ridiculous excuse, as the tires were safely stored inside the campground's indoor warehouse the entire time.
Now, because of their missed delivery and terrible customer service, I am forced to drive 3 hours out of my way to pick up tires I don't even need. They were completely unhelpful and unsympathetic. Avoid this company at all costs.

Tires arrived super fast earlier than expected. Tires were as described. Everything was great

I ordered a set of Firestone weathergrip tires from tire easy. After having them installed, one of them is out of round and can not be road balanced which causes a bounce at 30mph that shakes everyone in the car. I have contacted Tire Easy several times and I have been ignored, leaving me no choice but to file a dispute with my credit card company.

Your company did very well by quickly shipping the tires to Pep Boys. The lady I bought them for is a bit slow having them installed.

Purchase was good. Delivery good but big disappointment is tires 18 Month old .
This tires should be deeply discounted but they are fool price.

Refused to help after my tires were stolen — order #0110372971

Ordered two Nexen tires ($240.75). FedEx left both packages at my gate in plain view of the street and they were stolen the same day. Tires Easy refused a replacement or refund, hiding behind FedEx's "correct delivery" confirmation. I bought from Tires Easy, not from FedEx — resolving issues with the carrier is the seller's job. Terrible customer care.

Everything just went well.
But I’m pretty sure I got the environmental fee charged to me twice . Once from your company and again from the shop that put them on. I didn’t notice the change till I looked at the paperwork more closely after I got home

I’m happy with the tires. I think I should not have been charged for the disposal of the tires since you all didn’t remove the old ones and put the new ones on. I don’t think that was right on your part!
