No customer service

Wish I could make it for less than one star. I have not received a product so I am reviewing their customer service which is non-existent. I saw the thing where you can get the little samples for $1.50 so I went through and picked what I wanted and put it in my card then I went to the cart to look at shipping. It was $7. I wasn't going to pay that for $1.50 item. So I backed out. 30 minutes later I got an email confirmation of my order. I order a lot of things online and I have never accidentally created an order. I never entered my name or my address or my payment information. They're linked to Shopify so i guess that just automatically entered my information. I never hit anything saying place order or confirmation. Immediately upon getting that email I went to their website and got in their live chat it told me to enter an email address in case the person joined the chat when I was offline. It has been more than 24 hours and no one has ever gotten back to me from either tirtir or Shopify. To dispute the charge with my bank I would have to cancel my debit card and I'm just not in a place to not have a debit card for 3 to 5 business days. It's $8. It cost me $8 to learn that this is a business I would never want to do business with again. No company should have no way to get in touch with people. So if you put in an order and it is wrong or damaged or never shows up you have nobody to talk to. 0/10

Tirtir foundation cream(IG)

I am in Canada and ordered this product,foundation cream Dec 21,2025 and still have not recieved. No one to call and then recieved an email from UPS,or so I thought to prepay for the extra delivery from US to Canada. Now I see on UPS website that UPS doesnt send emails so these guys are connected with. SCAM for sure. I went on Tirtir and it said product waiting in Windsor for 3 weeks and no one is replying to emails at all. SCAM SCAM SCAM. NOT everything on IG is safe at all.
Now I have to send a fraud report and now attack. This is so frustrating. Stick to ordering in Canada and sites you know,thats all. TirTir stay away from them. You can only continue by giving a 1 star but should be 0

I've gone to ombudsman now. My bank Monzo was terrible at not resolving it either. How easy it is for them to take decisions when all the proof is right infront of them and they choose to ignore it.

Ships from US

Do not buy directly from the website. I made the mistake of purchasing during the black Friday sale. I had no idea this would be shipping from the US. Got hit with duties that were more than 50% of my order amount that were not estimated at the checkout. When I reached out about it they took more than a week to respond. They then referred me to the over arching shipping terms that all companies build in regarding tariffs (even though every other website gives estimated duties etc or at least calls out where it's shipping from so you can expect it) and essentially won't do anything. I've returned the package but won't get my money back, which they also build in as a contingency in their terms. You're better off going through a retailer. Don't touch the website if you're in Canada. They screw you.

Extremely poor customer service

Extremely poor customer service! My parcel has gone missing with over £100 worth of goods for a friends birthday, and they are not taking any kind of responsibility for this! I have emailed on a number of times with very poor response, if ordering tirtir I would order from a different source and not them direct!

Order arrived early foundation looks beautiful!

I’m not sure why the reviews are so poor! I received exactly what I ordered early and the foundation was super high coverage. I am pretty pale and I usually need the lightest foundation shade so I bought the mask fit red cushion in the lightest shade 10c. While the order was being shipped I was nervous about the color being too light but this shade actually looks like the best match I’ve seen on me! I have combination skin so it is really hard to find a full coverage foundation that dosent look super cakey and weird on me (I was previously using the old KVD formula in the lightest shade) but this formula was less yellowy gave me such a smooth finish!

I am very disappointed with my experience ordering from TIRTIR. I never received my package, and when I contacted customer service, they refused to take responsibility and simply told me there was nothing they could do.

It is unacceptable for a company not to stand behind its deliveries, especially when customers spend their money and trust on their products. Most reliable companies either investigate with the carrier, provide proof of delivery, or offer a replacement/refund — but TIRTIR did none of that.

I expected better service from such a well-known brand. Unfortunately, after this experience, I won’t be ordering again and cannot recommend them to others.

Purtroppo non si possono mettere 0 stelline…
Ecco questo è ciò che meriterebbe questo sito online.
Ho ordinato il 19 e fino ad ora, non ho notizie del mio ordine.
Ho provato a contattare più volte il servizio clienti ma non rispondono ed è inutile…
Ho addirittura scritto commenti nei canali social (Instagram e TikTok) ma non ho ricevuto risposte.
Veramente pessimi!!!! Scappate

if I could give them 0 star I would. I emailed them that I did not receive my orders. I emailed them 3x. I paid $75. They gave me the tracking and it's saying it was delivered. I will never buy from this company ever again. Now I will dispute that transaction in my credit card. They don't care. Very poor customer service.

Appallingly LACK of customer service

This company NEVER responds to any emails to their customer service address. Even though it's mentioned on their website for returns and exchanges.
x4 emails and still no response. No good enough. Appallingly poor. Will NEVER purchase again.
