Customer service could be better

It took more than 3 days to get a response about producing more earrings with a shorter bar and they asked me to screenshot which earring even though i described it as per website and then it was dismissive

Non existent customer service

Spent hundreds buying 4 single piece earrings. The back fell off one when I’d had it less than 2 weeks.

Disgusting. Will never shop there again, worst customer service ever. AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Beautiful product. Fantastic service.

First of all a beautifully laid out website, easy to navigate and when I emailed to ask questions I got a response the next day. Excellent service.
The earrings arrived as expected and my daughter loves them.
My only issue has been- the ball screw fitting in one came loose and fell out and is sadly now lost. I will need to wait for another visitor from the UK to get a new pair out here to Barbados.
On that note , it would be great if you supplied screw fittings separately to the earrings posts. I could then buy a few in the event that they come loose repeatedly.
I am happy I found you as my go to titanium earring supplier!

Great service

My daughter and I had matching welded bracelets at John Lewis Bluewater. Mia was fantastic, very friendly and professional and gave us great advice. Highly recommend this company and particularly Mia at the Bluewater Tish Lyon.

Went to have my child’s ears pierced

Went to have my child’s ears pierced. The lady who dealt with us clearly knew what she was doing so no issues there, and hopefully they will heal well.
However, my husband and I both felt she came across as abrupt and unfriendly - what a shame.
Also, I ended up paying double than what I’d expected based on the info on the website. Disappointed by the experience.

God-awful customer service

God-awful customer service. The items are pretty, but for the price we are paying, I'd expect at least some effort in answering questions about products I had bought. I received a few emails racked with spelling errors that were actually less useful than the AI bot answers on the FAQ. Returns are a nightmare - you have to wait for them to "approve" a photograph, then send you a form to print out (everyone uses prepaid tracked shipping labels now TL...) and cover the postage yourself - for a £200 item!!
Add to this the tarnishing already visible on the posts of the "solid gold" studs I bought not 3 months ago, which I was told to "polish". No interest in helping me figure out if it was a product issue. I'm actually very angry about the amount of money I've spent on 5 studs and the quality and service in return.

Gem fell out of expensive earring

Edit: thank you for your reply it was helpful as the email had gone to my spam folder. I have updated my review.

Ordered a single stud earring less than a year ago. I noticed that the stone had fallen out somewhere. Given the price of the item, at £70, the quality was clearly either one-off faulty or could all be poor durability.

I emailed to ask for a refund and the company responded in good time.
