Above & Beyond
I’ve been a great fan of tishoos for some years now.
A few weeks ago, I wrote to them asking if they did the Blue/Wave design in packs of four. I received a prompt response telling me that at that moment they were only available as part of a mixed pack. So, I chose another design.
Today, I received a surprise email from Mohammed saying he’d found up two packs of Blue/Wave and did I want them. They match my newly decorated bedroom perfectly, so I ordered them straight away.
Such wonderful customer service; there can’t be many other companies that would be so thoughtful.
