Vicky (Lead Coach and owner) is an RGN specialising in orthopaedic surgery and GI disorders and focuses on taking your internal health to its highest peak - have issues with PMS, bloating or GI dysfunction? - Vicky has solved some of the most problematic issues which medics have never picked up on. Titan coaching also provides mentorship for coaches to improve their knowledge in all things industry related to ensuring mental health of their clients is looked after as well as getting a physique to respond favourably without health implications.

Exceptional guidance and support...
I approached Vicky at a point in my life where I was feeling my absolute worst.
I was in poor physical and mental health, in desperate need of expert knowledge and guidance to get me back to full fitness and enjoying life again.
After only a few weeks, my hormone and nutrient deficiencies were near optimal, my training felt phenomenal, and I was already in a much happier mental state.
Vicky has been integral to every positive aspect in my life thus far, and we have only scratched the surface of what my physical goals and aspirations are.
She is caring, concerned and constructively critical always, which motivates me to keep on track and keep my eyes on the bigger picture when I have down moments.

Working With Vicky !
Honestly since working with Vicky not only has she gotten me in the best shape of my LIFE, she has also completely changed my mindset , she cares for each and every one of her clients, and she knows her stuff!
Wouldn’t ever ever go with anyone else, a savior to the fitness industry ( as it can be quite dull sometimes.. ) Thankyou ❤️

I’ve worked with her on gut health aspects as well as general fitness goals and I’ve honestly never felt better :)
