I've had an account with these for years and thought I'd resume betting again. As I've moved, I thought I'd attempt to update my address. Simple request, no? Well, apparently not.

- Cannot change details once logged in, so live chat says to send proof of new address.

- Send council tax bill.

- Reply to say it doesn't match the address on the account (well, no it wouldn't, would it).

- Resend.

- Reply that it is more than three months out of date and they won't accept e-statements (which everything else is).

- Attempted to update my e-mail.

- Reply to say my e-mail is from an address they don't have on file (again, it wouldn't be).

- Demand I phone despite explaining I can't due to being deaf.

It should not be this difficult to do a simple thing. I appear to be communicating with inept droids incapable of deviating from a script. If it's this difficult trying to do a simple thing, then I dread to think what might happen if I start betting and request a withdrawal .... oh wait, I can see judging from the other reviews here!

In short, avoid - plenty of other outfits to choose from.

Just got booted out the door by these guys as I tend to win more than I lose so thats not a problem as they have a business to run and no bookie will tolerate a winner. Had problems getting my account verified as their email server was rejecting attachments but in fairness to the guys on the phone ( Thomas ) they had it sorted in no time and monies transferred out. Would reccomend as they do have good prices

Avoid at all costs, this site are cheats. One of their slot games (arctic adventure crashes everytime on a big win) it says connection lost when wifi strength is perfect then when it reloads the is no win! Happend ro me several times and cant get through to anyone on customer service, i have screenshotted this happening and am currently going through the ADR and if needs be i will take it to the gaming commission......im only talking £20 - £50 but if this is a regular thing then its scandalous

Very bad site for gambling.
Number 1 I would advise verifying your account before betting and getting confirmation of this. The withdrawals take 5-7 working days I've found at least which is awful. I've heard promotions are on the risky side as well.
I have had bets on their site and after one of the games being suspended during betting it loses the whole bet so you have to reclick on all the ones you want AGAIN. Very annoying, wouldn't recommend but have used it and managed to get money back.. many have not been so lucky and have had funds not given and accounts locked.

BE WARNED THEY WILL DO EVERYTHING THEY CAN TO NOT PAY OUT.

Placed 2 bets of 100€, lost one won the other, overall did not even make a profit. The third bet I want to place, I am limited to 0.87€.
So I request a withdrawl. They cancel the withdrawl (already shady move) and request ID + Proof of Address, which is not unheard of, but what comes next is unacceptable.

I reply with the requested documents and they don't even answer if they got them for days. I contact the live chat, the only answer here is "not my department, I don't know how long this will take or if your documents were received".

This clearly is not a serious bookmaker, but rather a criminal organization.

Quite possibly the worse site out there, surely this site needs to be looked into?? I picked up a general feeling that this site is a fiddle, even when trying to shut the account I was cut off from live chat, hung up on and repeatedly had e-mails ignored.

Customer service is terrible, Live chat is the worst avoid at all costs if they don't like what you are saying they just cut the chat!!

Pay out's don't seem to exist on any of the games even the small wins are smaller than the stakes, I wish I read the bad feed back on this site!!

Over £2k wagered with not even a feature ?? very od when other sites use the same games and the win ratio is a lot more frequent.

Further to playing a number of other sites this is by far the worst, if you at least want a chance of winning DO NOT PLAY THIS SITE!!

Terrible service and procedures in regard to proof of ID via documentation.

They closed my account and then requested documentation to process a withdrawal of my remaining balance.
Each time I sent the requested documentation, they would reject the documentation and request new documentation to be sent.
Some of the reasons for rejecting the documentation were:
* Documents were in pdf format (even though they said that this format was acceptable)
* Documents didn't show the edges (they did)
* Documents needed to be a digital photo (again they never specified this until several steps down the line, and even then they still rejected the documents)
* Denied even receving them

A couple of other general complaints I had:
* Their instructions weren't clear - I often had to ask them to clarify what they meant
* They didn't inform me of updates - ie. when documentation was rejected I only found about it because I asked for updates.
* The email address they request documentation to be sent to seemed to be blocking some emails and preventing them from getting through.
* I requested information about how I could make a complaint and got no response.

In the end, over 2 weeks later and over 20 emails going back and forth I did manage to get my funds but only after I made a complaint to management via their usual support email.
At which point they processed my withdrawal without me having to provide any extra documentation (so the documentation I had already sent was sufficient - but was being rejected regardless). I got no response from their management about any of the concerns that I had raised - just an automated email from withdrawal department confirming the withdrawal had been processed.

Avoid at all costs if you value your money!

Do not sign up with these cow boys. Their 200 sign up bonus may seem tempting but if you read the terms and conditions, you will soon find you have to jump through so many hoops to even have the remote chance of getting any of the money.

Let's see how ridiculous their T&Cs are.
- You have to place £3200 worth of bets if you deposit £200 to get the £200 bonus with minimum odds of 2.0 (designed to force you to bet on events that has at best 50% of winning)
- Each bet is limited to £50 (ie. 64 bets even if you bet the full £50 everytime!)
- 50% of the £3200 wagering requirement needs to be met through multiple bets (ie 32 bets @ £50 and as it's a multiple bet with at least 2 selections, you have at best 25% of winning the bets, which means this whole term is designed to make you lose your money)
- Last but not least, you have to do all of the above in 14 days! That's right, you have to place 64 bets, 32 of which needs to be a multiple bet, in 14 days! Unless you have no life and no job, there is no hope in hell that you would be able to place this many bets on in two weeks while at the same time, being selective about what you are betting on.

Please stay well away from these jokers. You have been warned.

Always fast withdrawals via PayPal. Never any issue there. Decent betting company.

Awful customer service and reluctant to pay. It took me just short of a month to withdraw funds, terrible!

They will give the option to cancel a withdrawal as part of their company terms and conditions. So when you withdraw your money is "pending" for up to 72 hours. For me, this is completely unethical and something the gambling commission should be looking into. Their chat and help centre agents are rude and very unhelpful. They also pester you and calll you with offers, as after I joined I received a torrent of unwanted calls/messages.

Titanbet locked my account with my money in it. I asked for it back and they told me to send ID documents which I did. Needless to say I have not received a penny back. What a bunch of charlatans!

Closed my account and refused to cashout a winning bet! Stay away!

Do not ever join this site consistently poor payout ,win ratio ect this site should be investigated fully by the gambling commission it's a total misrepresentation of what a casino site is, disgraceful site, 200 spins no feature next day 230 spins no feature and 230 spins again today no feature , just small wins less than stake

Spoke with Mickiel on chat regarding problems regarding cash out and why it wasnt offered and got a response of "should it"? in all my years dealing with companies i have never found a company with a more disgraceful support system, i do not recommend titanbet at all, complete 0

It turned out it was not the fault of Titanbet but they could have been a little more helpful on support desk.

absolutely ridiculous, placed a single £25 bet on a tennis game, after reading upon the statistics decided to place another £100, nothing major and only 2.5 odds.. logged in before the game, cash out is there, my account is fine, as soon as the game ends and my bet wins, my account is closed, i am then told to contact customer support who then tell me to email, and i am now waiting for a response £300 + in my account that i cannot access absolute joke of a site !!
