Very disappointed with Tivistation

Very disappointed with Tivistation. The IPTV channels have not been working properly, and I keep getting error messages instead of being able to watch anything. I only use the service on one device, so there should be no issue on my side, yet the service is still unreliable. What makes this even more frustrating is that I have had to contact them several times about the same issue, over and over again. The last time I reached out about this same problem, I received no response at all, neither on live chat nor via WhatsApp. This has been a complete waste of time and extremely frustrating. I expected a stable and reliable service, but instead I have had repeated technical problems and very poor customer support. I would not recommend it based on my experience.

Server is down.
Customer service is not responsive for more than 48hrs.
Website is down too so essentially the Company is unreachable!

These people are truly a scam

These people are truly a scam. I paid for a two year subscription and it worked for the first week after that it said link could not be found. After going back-and-forth, they told me they didn’t have any records on file, even though I clearly had screenshots of the invoice and the bill that I paid in full. Then they sent me through WhatsApp. Just to tell me there’s nothing they can do they wait till after the seven day period. That way they would not have the issue a refund there are truly scammers.

I have used their service for a long time and I’m a lifetime subscriber. Recently, the EPG issues have become irritating for me. I’m 28, my father is 62, so EPG is important. I requested a partial refund, and they handled it professionally.

Sir will you please tell me why your server only works 1 day? Eather give me my money back or I will post this on every social media review site I can find.
I started with Tivistation.com IPTV in December 2024. I signed up for a 1 year subscription but was charged for 2 years. I let that mistake go by because I thought they would provide good service. I was wrong. Over the last 5 months they have sent me 8 play lists. None have worked over 3 weeks. Now their Customer Service support will not respond. I’m out $98.00. Please stay far away from this company. Their servers don’t work. They ARE A SCAM!!!

Majority of EN movies play in French language

Connection is good and content that plays does not buffer. The issue is that EN (English) Movie content is misrepresented where the majority of good movies that are supposed to be English are actually Playing in French language audio. Tickets are automatically closed, often without explanation other than thanks for letting know, we will inform tech support.

Since many months from now..

OMG, Terrible service since many months from now.. Hopefully I switched to PasaTV they got a better service and support, I wont people waster their bucks on this garbage.

STAY AWAY

Wanted to sign up for 1 month, went to the billing process and game my name, address, email, phone number, and credit card info only for them to come back and says that they could not verify me, They then asked for a copy of my Drivers License which raised ALOT OF RED FLAGS. Needles to say I said in a few choice words NO. PLEASE BE AWARE....PROCEED AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Avoid TiVistation IPTV was broadcasting fake channels and wrong channels

Update: They started broadcasting the wrong feed on UK Yesterday. I was in constant contact with them for a couple of weeks with zero luck in getting the right feed back to restore the channel. They really could give two hoots. Personally wonder about the people responsible for the channels because IMO six year olds could easily see that it wasn't the correct feed - the channels are all clearly "watermarked" and the programming doesn't match with the EPG! Seriously?????
Update: after having contacted them they did say that they would look into it and it was fixed shortly thereafter with the correct legitimate channel. I'll report back if anything else negative shows up.
I just started using TiVistation IPTV and noticed that they are broadcasting at least one fake channel. The UK channel Discovery Turbo (even though it has a "turbo" watermark is fake. It's not the regular UK Discovery Turbo channel, it doesn't broadcast the same content nor does anything that they put on air show up on any EPG for Discovery Turbo. Just thought I would let everyone know because with thousands of channels it's pretty darn hard to have intimate knowledge of every single one.
I just happen to know this channel very well. I let the support know at TiVistation what's going on but I'm not holding my breath on it.

TiviStation has worked pretty well for…

TiviStation has worked pretty well for me over the past few weeks. Minimal buffering, lots of channel options. A couple of service issues keep me from buying a long term plan. The audio on some of the 24/7 channels is way out of sync with the video. Example: The Adam Sandler 24/7 channel. The 24/7 channel for The Office Tv show hasn't ever worked. Just a black screen. They also have over 40 MeTV options but not one of them works. Every one of them has the channel logo on the screen and plays music but doesn't play the MeTV programming. I've emailed about these issues but never gotten a response. Still looking for a reliable service here.

Update: Tons of issues with the 24/7 section and zero response from their customer support. I dumped them before the month was up.

Tivistation worked fine at first

Tivistation worked fine at first. Then it stopped working. They sent new codes and login details that didn’t work.
I’m glad I only signed up for 3 months. I’ve now asked my money back. Which I doubt I’ll see
