TKstairs Avis

Stairs were great, great quality, and made to exactly what I needed and they fit like a dream.
Delivery was prompt and the information of what time they were coming to deliver was exactly when they said…! I would definitely use them again many thanks to TK stairs.

When I ordered my stairs, I asked for some technical information for the builder, and this company very kindly provided it for me. Excellent delivery communication, highly recommended company.

All staff, especially Tris, were extremely helpful, patient and knowledgeable. We would highly recommend.

Great product,easy to fit,and competative.

Received my order of metal stair spindles with damaged packaging and evidence of poor storage prior to shipment (light rusting). After cleaning up, the spindles seem to be OK and Stairparts offered me a decent discount/refund on the price for which my thanks. Much appreciate the very prompt responses when I raised my concerns.

Excellent service and first class product

for a stairs that had 3 flights and 6 winders i was well impressed.
This is highest praise from a joiner who has 40 + years of experience of making in the joiners shop and installing stairs of all shapes and sizes.

We use tk a few times always amazing but this one was not up to standard.

Very happy. Good quality wood, no splintering. Stairs look great and almost finished putting spindles in.

Great to deal with and delivered quickly

I would not use this company again. I have had numerous work done to multiple houses I have owned over the years. I have never encountered a company that expects a customer to help unload a delivery especially with it being a solid wooden staircase. There were issues with the delivery which delayed the trades people that were already booked in at my house. The delivery date given, was for part of the order and this wasn’t mentioned until the delivery person informed me with a rude arrogant attitude. At no point prior to delivery was I told that my order would be partly delivered. I did get an apology email which astonished me when I learned they were aware the night before delivery that items were not going to be delivered the following day. At no point was I informed the night before, or the following morning and when the delivery man phoned me to give me an ETA he could have informed me then but didn’t. I suppose in hindsight, once this company has your money they don’t seem to care. I will never use them again for future projects or will I recommend.

Excellent online designer tool. Effective communication with customer support when there were queries. Items delivered well before the proposed date and subsequent delivery queries resolved swiftly.
