Ordering was easy and fast. The tech dept answered my questions about HP and efficient operation. Blower is heavy duty and looks like a great machine. No snow yet so have not used it yet.

I made a couple of online inquiries before ordering which were quickly responded to. I placed my order late on a Friday, was contacted by a representative to confirm delivery address and contact information and told the product would ship on Tuesday. I got confirmation that it shipped on Tuesday. I was contacted by the local freight company the it had arrived on Wednesday and they would deliver on Thursday which they did. Pretty clean process. Just waiting for the snow so I can try it out.

Product was damaged and company refused to provide a refund because the product follows a separate warranty policy from TMG Industrial products. Also tried to negotiate shipping prices after their website claimed to have free shipping. NEVER AGAIN will I purchase from this company.

Your trucking company saved this order from being canceled. The trucking company was OUTSTANDING! Your representatives were TERRIBLE AND extremely inflexible when we wanted to slightly modify the delivery location (only 5 miles difference) and were very difficult to understand- their English was terrible and they were difficult to understand , BUT your trucking company Estes’s Express (April) were extremely flexible and cooperative in not only moving the delivery date up over 2 weeks but also in slightly changing the delivery location.
