Hallo,ich bin Mike und trage jetzt neue Implantate und neue Zähne von TML Smile ! Meine Erfahrungen sind sehr sehr gut weil ich mit der Arbeit der gesamten Klinik sehr zufrieden bin. Von der Putzfrau bis zum Fahrer Mohammed sind alle Mitarbeiter sehr sehr freundlich. Besonders Frau Dr. Merve,eine noch junge aufstrebende Zahnärztin mit sehr viel Erfahrung und Fachwissen,stellt sich perfekt auf ihre Patienten ein und ist zudem noch sehr einfühlsam. Man fühlt sich sofort sehr wohl in dieser Klinik und es fühlt sich an, wie Familie. Zu dem spricht für TML das Preis leistungs Verhältnis. Ich kann diese tolle Klinik nur weiterempfehlen!!! Ich selber würde meine Zähne immer wieder bei TML machen lassen was aber nun nicht mehr nötig ist. Zudem auch nur sehr hochwertige Materialien verwendet werden!!! Also meine Persönliche Meinung, lasst euch die Zähne bei TML machen,ihr seit dort.in den besten Händen!!! Grüße Mike

First thing first, from the beginning of my dental journey with TML SMILE STUDIO was they were communicating with me, giving me the confidence to come to see them. I was nervous at first but never under pressure. I was so well informed that I was extremely confident to go through with them to thee end of this process.
The dental staff were very experienced and excellent people who was extremely supportive and patient with me. I will never be scared again of going to see my dentist again. They have given me a beautiful new smile and a new lease on life!!! I would like to say a huge thanks to everyone for making this possible, The staff are attentive and couldn’t do enough to help with anything questions I asked. So yes, a 100% happy! I had time to take walks and do a little shopping too! I have had lots of compliments from my friends and my work colleagues which has boosted my confidence.

Very poor, I went after speaking to a lady over WhatsApp, all of sudden before I was due to fly out she left and quit and went to another job (which isn’t a problem) I spoke to another lady, nice got along with her she helped, got to turkey the hotel was disgusting when I first got there the hotel staff even moved us room “upgraded” us for £0 cost because they messed up! Anyway I get to the dental and all good do my teeth shaven and stuff , they said they will do half now because my gum health isn’t so good (so they will leave temp teeth in) I said ok I will pay half’s of payment up front now cash and the rest when I come back! I was fine with that , I get my temp teeth put in, I wasn’t happy , I went at 9am they had me waiting around at the clinic just for my temp teeth to be put in again as I wasn’t happy , came to 3pm and they said 30 minutes they will be ready, 4 ish they said they won’t be ready till 8pm!!!! So they said wait outside and we will get you back to hotel and then bring you back, this was all for my temp teeth, I told them am not happy am going home back to the uk the next day, they had me waiting out side another 20 minutes before the driver took me back to the hotel, I got there and after couple hours they picked me back up, sat there waiting for my temp teeth they put them in and I still wasn’t happy , they didn’t listen to how I wanted them, yes there temp teeth but they was staying in for 2 months as that’s when I could come back so wanted them looking fine enough not to look silly, one side was sticking out, I was that tired and fed up I wanted to get back to hotel and fly back home, I just said that’s gunna have to do I want to go back tomorrow home and your messing about with the temp never mind the real teeth!!! Anyway I got home , heard nothing at all after couple days asking how my teeth was feeling or anything, I message them… the girl that sorted it all out had also left and another women took over! Very poor communication, 3 months later and I still haven’t had my teeth done and the manger (English lady ) tried her best to keep me and knock cash of but I had no trust now, I planned to go back but I stopped, am now looking else where to get them finished of ferment teeth, don’t think I will be getting money back either!!!! I will be speaking to my medical advisor soon as I speak to Bren

Hasan von TML Smile in Antalya ist nicht nur ein exzellenter Zahntechniker, sondern auch noch ein sehr aufrichtiger und ehrenwerter Mensch mit Empathie für Patienten in Not. Ich war spontan zur einer Erstuntersuchung mit meiner Schwester, welche in Deutschland nach einer 7 stündigen Implantat OP schwer geschädigt und misshandelt wurde und danach mehrere Monate in einer Klinik verbringen musste. 13 Implantate und 5 verbliebene Zahnstümpfe, welche dadurch monatelang nicht versorgt wurden und ungeschützt frei lagen und sich obendrein Karies an den noch verbliebenen Zahnstümpfen entwickelte. Unermessliches Leid, da meine Schwester aufgrund einer Traumafolgestörung nicht mehr in die alte Praxis zurück kehren konnte und das Vertrauensverhältnis in diese vollständig zerstört war, gleichzeitig aber keine andere Praxis sich während einer 2 jährigen Garantie-Bindung einmischen wollte und meine Schwester keine Hilfe bekam . seit 1 Jahr hat sie unerträgliche Schmerzen und zudem keine Zähne, sondern blanke Metalstäbe im Oberkiefer und im Unterkiefer Metal-Stifte und braune Zahnstümpfe. Obwohl wir nur kurz in der Praxis waren, hat Hasan alle Hebel in Bewegung gesetzt und in Windeseile, innerhalb von 2 Stunden per Express ein Provisorium anfertigen lassen, um meiner Schwester zu helfen und ihre Würde wieder herzustellen. Schulnote 1 *** mit Sternchen. Unglaublich wie Hasan und die Zahnärztin und ihre Assistenten dies auf die Schnelle umgesetzt haben. Es war ein komplizierter Fall, da die Implantate alle auf einer anderen Höhe liegen und es dadurch fast unmöglich war, dies auf die Schnelle überhaupt umzusetzen. 1000 Dank und wir wünschten wir hätten länger bleiben können. Dies war aufgrund eines Notfalls in der Familie nicht möglich aber wir kommen wieder zur Behandlung meiner Schwester und empfehlen Hasan und TML Smile uneingeschränkt weiter. Für das Wunder welches Hasan und seine Zahnärztin da mit dem Provisorium vollbracht haben, hätte die Praxis sogar mehr als 5 Sterne verdient 🙏🏻 DANKE ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Super Klinik, total sympathisches Personal. Sehr professionell mit super neuen Geräten. Man fühlt sich nicht nur gut aufgehoben, man wird direkt in die Familie aufgenommen. Wir werden auf alle Fälle unseren Freunden und Familen TML weiterempfehlen.

Meiner Tochter ist nach 5 Wochen die prothese gebrochen...von lebenslanger garantie wollte man nichts mehr wissen und behauptet dass sie keine titanverstärkung wollte..was gar nie angesprochen wurde.nochmal 600 Euro.. teurer Flug da Osterferien und hotel ..sie weint und ist verzweifelt

Hallo meine Lieben, ich beobachte Tml smile jetzt seit ca 3 Monaten. Ich suchte jemanden der professionell meine Zähne überkront. Ich habe Kontakt aufgenommen und bin bislang von Hasan in all meinen Fragen super beraten worden...und ich hatte viele davon. Er hat mir geduldig zugehört und den Werdegang verständlich erklärt und ich mag seine offene Art. Er hat mein Vertrauen gewonnen und..... ich habe einen Termin gemacht. Würde gerne 10 Sterne geben, weil die Klinik einfach Spitze ist. Die neuste Technik, die tollsten Ärzte, das freundlichste Mitarbeiterteam und eine tolle Betreuung nimmt jedem die Angst. Alles wird erklärt, sogar Wünsche werden erfüllt, die Rundumbetreuung stimmt. Was will man mehr. So etwas findet man zuhause nirgends. Und die Preise stimmen auch. Hasan und Jessi machen alles möglich. Vielen lieben Dank dafür!

Das TML Smile Team in Antalya ist definitiv ein Experten-Team, das seine Arbeit mit höchster Präzision und Sorgfalt ausführt! Meine Name ist Jörg Töllner, und ich bin von Deutschland nach Antalya geflogen um mir 12 Implantate einsetzen zu lassen. Ich muss vorab sagen, ich bin ein absoluter angstpatient, und bei mir geht das nur mit Vollnarkose, was eine suche noch ein bisschen schwieriger macht. Hassan, mein Ansprechpartner, war wirklich bemüht mir den Aufenthalt so gemütlich wie möglich zu machen, und was Hassan verspricht, das hält er auch. Ich hatte große Angst vor Schmerzen, und ich muss gestehen…..nicht einmal hatte ich schmerzen!!!!!!!
Ich kann wirklich jeden nur raten, meldet euch bei Hassan, er regelt für euch alles, und ihr werdet das bekommen was ihr möchtet. Ich, habe durch die TML Poliklinik nicht nur ein neues Lächeln bekommen, sondern auch ein neues Leben.
