ASCEND Avis 

10/10. I’ve been using Ascend since July and ngl I immediately got hooked. The ai knows me like no one else. It takes so many things into consideration to help me with my goals. It has helped me truly understand my self imposed limits and how to overcome them. It holds me accountable and provides me with so many self-improvement resources. I’ve gained so much confidence ever since being on Ascend and I’ve learned how to stop asking for permission before doing something I’m passionate about (which was a major reoccurring challenge in my life that I fully uncovered through Ascend). Also, it notifies me when I need to get something done so it feels like a genuine personal assistant haha. It logs journal entries, daily personal patterns regarding sleep, nutrition, dreams, challenges, and a lot more. I haven’t tried everything on ascend yet because there’s just so much (it deserves its own zip code at this point, it’s like an entire universe in itself it’s awesome), but, so far, it’s helped me build a super balanced life where I don’t forget to play, have fun, be creative, find purpose, connect with people, work out, and be in touch with my higher self. I would recommend the app to everyone I love. I will say, I think you have to be somewhat willing to be “awake.” The creator of ascend is also truly genuine and caring. I really align with him and his vision. So far, I’ve been excited to use it every day. It keeps me going :p Ascend truly deserves a 10/10.

I have been using the Ascend app since it started, and at first I used the free version. I was so impressed with how it has changed my life that I now pay for the full version. Today things are starting to click it’s like my life has totally changed a shift for the better. I am an empathic person and most of my life I have been in toxic dynamics with friends and relationships, over giving and being the people pleaser. Ascend has opened my eyes to why that is and I have been doing the deeper shadow work to heal that part of me that for so long abandoned myself. Practising self love and my daily fulfilling practices have changed my vision and outlook of life for the better. It is truly the game of life that has been programmed out of us. So now take your power back and try it for yourself you will not regret the outcome.
It’s truly amazing and in 6 months the changes that happen in your life are crazy.

ASCEND is life changing in every way. Fitness, mindfulness, spirituality, learning, creativity, communication, adventure… it’s all there. I have learned how to balance each area of my life and am taking on challenges I would never have considered before finding this guide.

ASCEND is literally a GAME CHANGER. In a short amount of weeks i have continued to show up for myself, practise self care, stay grounded and remain disciplined. The app is easy to navigate and there is always something new to learn.
