We have been battling since Nov 2020 when we purchased a baby monitor (baby arrived Dec 4th!) the product did not work, it was faulty and accepted faulty by Motorola customer service whom requested we returned to Toby Deals.
This took weeks and weeks of battling with the customer service agents whom also requested a video of the product not working correctly.
It was returned and a couple of weeks later, bearing in mind at this time we do not have a baby monitor for our new born! (we had a spare luckily from our other toddler!)
The replacement that arrived also did not work....i think Tody Deals are buying cheap crap or fake crap from god only knows where.

Where are we now.....oh yes June 21...guess what we still have the product that doesnt work and they wont accept it back.

Customer service is appauling as is the returns procedure. Read the other reviews as i should have done.

Purchased 2 security cameras from TobyDeals.eu. Camera's marked as in stock on website and half the cost of price in NZ (incl shipping). Took a good week or so for order to process (they said out of stock quite ironic since the website still had them listed as in stock). Anyway once processed (which took a while) shipping from Hong Kong was pretty quick. Goods arrived in one piece and I didn't have to pay any additional duty or gst charges over advertised price on website. Bottom line if you take the gamble and be patient they will arrive eventually.

Horrible company. Ordered a Motorola Hyper One in November 2020 with a 2 year warranty. When I went to check the warranty now on the Motorola website (May 2021), it says it has expired... I spoke to Motorola support and they said it was registered in Taiwan and may have been illegally imported, which could lead to the warranty being cancelled. Their website has now been closed due to COVID-19, but they said to contact them via email. I emailed them, but received no response... Now I have a phone which I cannot even pay to have repaired in Europe (I asked several companies who said they could not repair it as it is registered in Taiwan and uses Taiwanese parts which cannot be sold here) and I cannot contact the seller at all. Complete robbery!!

First of all, I never write reviews, but I felt like I had to with so much negativity towards this site. I ordered canon G7x mark III on this site. I ordered on 8th of April 2021, and received today 29th of April. Its perfect! Sealed in box and everything is genuine. I was also given a tracking number and tracked the parcel all the way to wexford Ireland where I live. I got this camera 250 euro cheaper than over here in Ireland. Couldn't recommend this site enough. 5 stars!!!

Bought a new camera but the battery was faulty. They refused to acknowledge this or send me a new one. Avoid.

Used these guys on 2 occasions for a tablet and galaxy ear buds. Been great every time. Such a shame to learn they are going into liquidation. Thanks for the great deals and good luck

I ordered a camera from Toby deals, it looked a good price and thought it was a U.K. company. This was back in January. Then it didn’t turn up. Looked on here and was shocked to see the reviews and worried about not getting the camera or worse it being a counterfeit product, emailed them several times asking to cancel the order as it hadn’t even been sent. The order came, and after reading the reviews and now knowing they were based in Hong Kong I was very worried. If I needed to use the warranty I would have to send it to Hong Kong. I decided to return the item without even opening it.

I sent it back in the packaging it came in at great cost to myself. Just a FYI if you are posting something with a battery it can’t be sent in the post office to Hong Kong- you will have to pay more for a courier like DHL to do so. They had the item back, it went through an inspection process and they decided they would give me my money back (minus a return fee). They told me I would get a refund in 5-7 days.

Those days rolled by, no money. Contacted them and they told me they had already sent the refund. Checked with PayPal and they confirmed no pending payment and also that they wouldn’t cover me or help as apparently changing your mind isn’t a valid reason. So I started to worry more at this point. Especially as I looked and they have closed the website. Contacted again and they ignored several messages before advising they would look into in.

I have finally got a refund. In March. After it took them 3 weeks to send a product I managed to send back to them in 5 days. Communication is very poor, and it was an incredibly stressful experience. If you are waiting for a refund please keep chasing as I note they are trading still as Toby deals EU. Never ever will I take what looks like a great deal at face value- if it looks too good to be true it usually is. Lesson learned.

The website is now shutdown but I can say it took 2 weeks to receive my order. But it may be a good thing that they have shutdown. Can’t argue with the ratings.

The website got shutdown because they was scamming a lot of People.

People leave bad reviews for a reason! To help other people to not make the same mistake that they did! I thought I'd be ok and that I'd savesome money! DO NOT use this company! No comms, item not in stock - only found that out after I emailed having heard nothing for nearly a week, cancelled the order as it was a gift - then nothing despite 6 emails asking for the refund! Thank heavens for PayPal. Never again!

Bought some ear buds off them and while in transport, Hermes destroyed them which it stated on their website that they had been destroyed.

So asked for them to send a new pair out or a refund as I never received them! They basically said, no. So had the escalate the complaint to PayPal who reviewed it for over a month and decided to refund me.

Stay away!

Not a scam website. Just slow because you are buying direct from Hong Kong. I bought a Mavic Pro drone from them a few years ago. It took 4 weeks to arrive and when it did the controller wouldn’t charge up. I returned it for a replacement. 4 weeks later the replacement arrived and it’s been fine ever since. I would buy from them again because they are a legit company and the price was unbeatable.

Ordered Ring Doorbell did not deliver, claim unable to give tracking number and now do not reply to emails. Buyer beware and do not use this company.

I was super skeptical from the beginning. Because it has mixed comments, and reviews. Hence, I took risk and used Paypal to shop here. I bought two products from Tobydeal at different times. Both are all delivered within 2 - 3 weeks to UK. One is Sennheiser momentum 2 and the second one is DJI pocket 2. To be fair, I think they offered a very good deal. However, in return, the delivery time and customer service are very slow. I only shopped here if I know for sure I can wait for 2 to 3 weeks. They are not Fake or Scam. They mostly shipped from HongKong or Singapore to get a cheaper price. To be honest, I am a very price-sensitive person. So, I like to spend less in return for average customer service and slow delivery. What a shame that they are out of business because I do want to buy more stuff from the website. Hope that they are back soon
