We had the pleasure of engaging Todsta plumbing, highly recommended to us. Denis called 1/2hr before arriving, a courteous well spoken young man with a great smile 😃
We had 5 seperate jobs that needed attention, which he quoted before beginning work so we knew exactly what we would be paying.
He worked quickly & efficiently with each job and in no time everything fixed!

Your pricing for a simple 90 minutes job is outlandish.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're genuinely sorry to hear that you felt the pricing for your recent plumbing work was out of line with your expectations.
The job involved more than a simple fix — including the supply and installation of a pair of emergency stop valves and braided flexible connections, careful removal and servicing of tap bodies and spindles, reseating brass bodies, flushing lines, replacing internal components, and fully reassembling and testing to ensure long-term reliability and safety.
That level of detail takes time and care to do properly — and is all part of ensuring you don’t have to call us back for the same issue down the track.
That said, as a valued existing customer, we never want you to feel disappointed. We’d really like to make it up to you — whether that’s a discount on future work or something else that makes things right.

TODSTA has been our go-to plumbing service for many years. They provide excellent customer service, and are always quick to respond to our calls, as well as resolve our plumbing issues. Todd and Dennis have attended a range of both large and small plumbing issues on our property, achieving great results every time, and cleaning up thoroughly after every job. They are super friendly, courteous and efficient, and provide clear explanations as to what needs to be done.
Evie is at all times also extremely friendly, polite and obliging. She returns calls promptly and always ensures that we are happy with all information provided.
The TODSTA team is professional and truly outstanding. We highly recommend them!

Christmas Day emergency
Christmas Day - NO HOT WATER. Rang Todsta Plumbing and Todd was there within the hour. Tank couldn't be saved so Todd turned everything off for security. Said he call on Boxing Day which he did mid-morning saying he'd be there after lunch with a new one and he was. Couple of hours later - brand new one, hot water, work area clean and spotless! Don't bother with any other plumber, Todd's your man! Efficient, friendly, experienced for 5 Star happiness from Todsta Plumbing.!!
