Inhumane and unprofessional
Although a good idea, their prices especially in Cyprus are not competitive - they are the same as in the Pharmacies. This though is not the case. We subscribed to their service, and before placing our first order we found out that the free shipping is only available in Greece - which means despite the fact that we would pay the same prices for the medicine, we would also need to pay an extra fee for the shipment which for us paying 19€, plus same prices plus shopping costs is not worth it. We politely emailed to ask whether we could cancel our subscription, as we did not use it at all and it was 2-3 days after we subscribed, and the answer was like "you should have read the terms and conditions". Do not care for the 19€, but I do care for unprofessional customer service. If you are in Greece they might be a good choice - I cannot know. But avoid by all means if you are in Cyprus.
