What an excellent job, Craig and his associate have done. They telephoned ahead and arrived within the time they said. They were very careful in removing old appliances and fitting the new appliances. They respected my property - not the easiest to bring items in and out. They made sure everything was working properly; gas professionally checked. Time was taken to explain how to use the new appliances. Everything was taken away (that was a bonus), and the kitchen was left clean and tidy. I was very impressed. An efficient, professional, helpful and friendly service. Thank you. Would definitely recommend.

Had a double oven fitted today - they were quick and efficient and even set the clock and showed me how to use it

I had no idea how to remove my old integrated fridge and freezer from the cabinet they were situated in. Craig and colleague ordered my new fridge freezer for me; once received they came back in, removed the old fittings replaced with the new leaving no mess whatsoever. They also disposed of old fridge/freezer, saving me the bother of arranging and indeed paying for a collection. I couldn't have asked for more than that!

They delivered and fitted an oven and hob purchased from Borsch Electric and despite several unforeseen circumstances, did an excellent and very efficient job. They were exceptionally professional, friendly and couldn’t do enough to make the work safe and sound. I would have no hesitation in recommending their work and hope that both Craig and Greg got back home in time to see England’s victory!

I had used Tomandsons before and found them very professional and knowledgeable. In fact they replaced an item in my kitchen that others wouldn't even consider doing. This time I needed them to do some minor repairs to a unit with drawers. Again exceptional service with a smile despite it being a small job. Would highly recommend them.

There was good pre-installation communication and the team arrived well within the time slot allocated.
An extremely friendly and efficient team completed a good job to our satisfaction in around 40 minutes. A brief instruction on how to use the machine was given before departure. Very tidy and clean - all packaging and old machine removed.

Craig came to fit an integrated Freezer. They phoned in advance to give us plenty of notice and carried out the installation efficiently and professionally. He explained the way in which the freezer had been fitted which is very useful to know. I would definitely use them again should the need arise.

Craig and his associate have today installed a new Miele integral fridge in my parent’s kitchen. They are both very friendly, efficient and polite. They effortlessly fitted the new fridge and took the old one away in good time and with no mess.

Tomandsons fitted my new integrated washing machine, was a bit of an ordeal getting the old machine out and getting the new one in, needed some adjustments to fit as was a tight space, but they did a great job, really pleased, I would definitely recommended these guys.

I recently contacted Tom and Sons on behalf of my parents to install a new built in cooker and hob. It took just one week from first contact to installation and Tom and Sons even sourced the appliance. It was a very speedy service at a reasonable price and they kept me posted throughout and my parents are very pleased with the look of the new cooker and it's ease of use. Tom and Sons is an excellent company and we would highly recommend.
