I’d really like to recommend The StudyCoach for the way they’ve coached me.
The programme is brilliantly structured. It helps you with study techniques, but also with planning your schedule and so much more.
As a full-time worker, I had to juggle my busy schedule with my studies. I didn’t enjoy studying before because I usually didn’t get good grades.
But thanks to The StudyCoach, I’ve learnt new methods and how to plan my schedule. As a result, I’ve achieved better exam grades, which has given me confidence. I’m ready to start a bachelor’s degree at the age of 32.

As an independent accountant, we are required by our professional institute to follow at least 40 hours of refresher training per year. These updates usually take about 3 hours each but are very extensive in terms of content. Combining self-study and work became increasingly difficult for me, so I contacted Tom.

Where he initially provided methods to master the new material faster and better, the guidance quickly evolved into strategic consultation at office level, especially about the internal guidance of new employees.

I had really struggled to get back into learning whilst undertaking a full time job. Dan helped me better understand the limitations I had and how best to overcome them. His guidance and support helped me increase my confidence and to better perform at work. Tom was also an incredible support, where the weekly classes were useful to practise what we had learned in real time and was always checking into to see how I was progressing. I cannot recommend this programme enough and the coaches who run it !

After many years being away from school, it was very difficult for me to get back on the rhythm of studying. I was so used to cramming and procrastinating that eventually the stress crept in and has affected my academic performance and mindset. Tom's program has helped me change my mindset and approach to studying, especially with the help of Maria, my coach. Before this program, I was never really taught how to organize, structure, discipline my studies the way Tom and his team did. The whole process was a challenge wrapped in so much goodwill. i appreciated the kindness and the challenge. Marie helped me out SO much for an exam I had to retake and I got a really good grade! I was so proud. And Dan taught me to structure so well I was able to continue using the techniques he helped me implement. Tom and his team are great leaders and will be always be truthful and supportive.

This journey of the StudyCoach programme has been transformational. I have enjoyed the workshops of reflections to weekly meetings with my StudyCoach (Maria), who has personally helped me to believe in myself and in faith to abound and see beyond my potential. The fundamental skill I have learnt was on neuroplasticity and the power of the mind, your mindset and how to rewire your brain to truly believe anything. I am so thankful to be equipped with vital tools as a young adult needed for the rest of my life, and look forward to being my own coach, and to becoming someone else's someday :)

Even though this coaching program is mainly aimed at students, I did 1-on-1 coaching with Tom for personal development and growing an Instagram account around my passion.

In just 3 months, I’ve seen massive progress. From mindset tools to improving my editing and content ideas, everything felt practical and truly tailored to me. Tom was always ready to help, and the weekly coaching calls gave me clarity, structure, and accountability.

I never learn how to learn, i was a bit stressed and i crammed a lot. Thanks to Tom i'm no longer stressed i Organized my work, my test my mock test and all of it and I have better grades.

As some who named herself "perfectionist", i really struggled with my time management and study methods for my master's studies. Through this program I learnt the right approaches and started working on mindset development. Both helped me to change into a brand new person that now is slowly starting to believe in her own capabilities! I really recommend the program, as it is has not only been enriching for my university life, but also my personal life. Besides that, i had an amazing coach and I loved Tom's weekly workshops!

Ter achtergrond, ik ben zelf een fulltime professional en volg daarnaast een Universitaire master studie. Zelf ben ik afkomstig van het Nederlandse HBO, het was daarom ook logisch dat het een wereld van verschil is. Niet alleen qua stof en structuur van de studie, maar ook hoe dien ik dit te plannen in combinatie met mijn fulltime werk. Ik zat zelf in een put waarbij er een kans bestond dat ik van universiteit moest wisselen wegens het niet behalen van een vak, daarnaast had ik daarvoor al moeite om met enige rust vakken te behalen.

Ik volgde Tom al enige tijd op instagram en vond zijn content en Youtube video's al interessant. Toen hij contact zocht met mij om het een en ander door te nemen kwam ik erachter dat ik hulp nodig had van buitenaf om beter mijn studie in te kunnen delen. Tijdens de on-boarding call hadden we zeer fijn contact en besloot ik om mee te doen aan het programma.

Hierbij kreeg ik toegang tot de online omgeving en hadden we wekelijkse calls gepland om de voortgang te bespreken. De content in de online omgeving is te ervaren als zeer aangenaam, de video's zijn helder en deze kan ik zovaak als nodig terugkijken. Met de wekelijkse calls checkte Tom bij mij in om te kijken hoe de studiemethodes verliepen en toetste hij mij doordat ik mijn lesstof moest sturen en hij mij kon overhoren.

Overall heb ik tijdens het traject geleerd hoe ik mijn week moet plannen met daarbij voldoende ruimte voor studie en vrije tijd naast mijn fulltime baan, heb ik geleerd hoe ik moest leren en hoe ik positiever tegenover studie moet staan wat resulteerde een betere mindset en goede schoolresultaten. Hierbij heb ik ook geleerd dat alleen leren in samenhang is met hoe je mentaal erin staat, dat het ook van belang is om voldoende rust te pakken en niet meer de hele nacht door moet leren wat niet goed is voor je mentale welzijn.

Hierbij heb ik heel veel geleerd welke ik nog steeds toepas in mijn dagelijks leven, hierbij wil ik Tom heel erg bedanken voor het steuntje in de rug met betrekking tot planning en studiemethodes!

As a medical student, I really struggled with time management and effective study techniques last year, which unfortunately reflected in my exam results. When I came across Tom’s programme through an ad, I decided to give it a try — and it was honestly the best decision I could have made.

In just three months, I have seen a huge improvement in how I study, manage my time, and stay consistent. I am now able to balance my studies alongside research, something I never thought I could do before. A lot of this progress is thanks to the guidance and support from Tom and Dan.

I would highly recommend this programme to other medical students who feel stuck or overwhelmed — it’s genuinely been a game changer for me.

Before I met Tom and his community, I didn't know how to study in a right way. I just tried my best to memorize whole text book by writting whole textbook on the notebook endlessly, re reading, cramming..... Because I thought it was the right way to study as everybody did that.
However, Unlike other students who get the good grade super easy by cramming, I couldn't get good grades and scores. Because of that, I thought I had low Intelligence.
But Tom told me why I couldnt' get good grade even though I spent more efforts than other Students. My studying method was inefficient and totally wrong.

I ve also attended winter semester course, which takes only 15 days including mid term and End term.

I chose to invest in The Study Coach Academy to elevate my study skills, time management, and efficiency in graduate school. The combination of weekly 1:1 coaching, group sessions, reflection exercises, and Q&A made the experience worthwhile. Having access to the platform’s video tutorials and worksheets helped me better understand how to approach learning new material and other components that impacted the process.

Tom and my coach, Dan consistently made me feel welcome, supported, and heard. They listened, asked thoughtful questions, and guided me toward positive changes in my habits and mindset. I will say that it’s up to you to make the most of the experience including advocating for yourself and putting in the work. Change and results don’t happen overnight. There were times when I needed to follow up with my coach more than once before receiving a response, but staying proactive helped me get what I needed from the program.

I also valued being part of a community of students navigating similar challenges, which created space for shared learning and encouragement. This program was valuable and I will carry what I learned with me as I move into the next part of my program.

I joined the StudyCoach Academy after a sales call with Tom, during which I was convinced to enroll and pay immediately. Looking back, this decision was made under pressure and based on representations that turned out not to reflect the reality of the program.

Only after the call did I learn the actual contract terms and even then I had to purchase a trial on the external platform just to access and read the agreement I was being asked to sign. That alone already felt problematic and non transparent.

I have now been in the program for about a week and it is clear to me that what was presented during the sales call does not match what is actually delivered.

During the call, the program was described as having a strong, active and supportive community, close and meaningful contact with a coach and high level, personalized support and guidance. In reality the community aspect is very limited and far from what was described, contact with the coach is minimal and highly structured and many elements were clearly overstated or heavily polished during the sales conversation.

What is especially striking is that the terms and conditions clearly outline what you are actually paying for and it is significantly less than what is promised verbally during the call. There is a clear discrepancy between marketing and sales communication and the written agreement.

My impression is that the sales call is designed to persuade at all costs, even if that means presenting an inflated or misleading picture of the program. Had the program been described honestly and in line with the contract, I would not have enrolled.

I strongly recommend that anyone considering this program does not make a decision during the first call, reads the full contract before paying anything and treats the promises made during the call with caution.

This review reflects my personal experience as a participant who joined in good faith and quickly discovered that the reality does not align with what was sold.

Before joining The Study Coach program, I was constantly running out of time on exams. I often knew the material, but I was not finishing, and that was costing me points, confidence, and grades.

Since working with Maria, that problem has turned around completely. Now, on every exam, I am able to finish on time with a lot more calm and confidence. That alone has boosted my scores because I can finish the entire exam and earn points I used to miss.

Maria has been a core part of my success since day one. As a working professional pursuing a full-time MBA while balancing family life at home, I needed more than generic study tips. I needed a realistic, customized system and a coach who could adjust week to week based on my real constraints. That is exactly what Maria does, and she does it exceptionally well. Her empathy is genuine, her communication is clear and consistent, and she adapts quickly based on what I am facing that week. Maria brings a calm, big-sister energy that makes you feel supported, and she is also incredibly sharp at spotting what is not working and simplifying the next steps.

The program itself is also special because of Tom, the founder. Tom gives his students more than you could ever ask for. He brings in guest speakers, shares rare techniques, and provides a depth of useful knowledge that helps you level up, not just as a student, but as a better version of yourself. He holds weekly sessions where he teaches practical techniques and exercises for the community, and he genuinely shows up for his students. You can tell he cares, and he makes himself available in a way that feels personal and sincere. One session that really stuck with me was when he taught breathing techniques to quickly reset energy and focus. It was powerful, and I still use that focused breathwork often. It has done wonders for me.

What changed everything was the shift in how I study. Maria helped me stop wasting time rereading and passively reviewing notes, and instead build an intentional plan centered on active recall, practice exams, and testing my understanding across a lot of content and concepts. She also reinforced the fundamentals that make it sustainable, like building a study schedule that works, using focus sprints, and protecting rest and sleep. As a result, I stopped cramming the night before exams. I started studying earlier, finishing assignments in advance, retaining more, and showing up rested instead of anxious.

Maria also has a gift for explaining concepts in a way that is easy to absorb. She is invested in you and truly cares about your success. She is supportive, clear, and steady, while still holding you accountable and keeping you moving forward.

If you are considering The Study Coach program, the results can be fast and real, but they depend on how willing you are to put in the work and apply the tools. I am genuinely grateful I was paired with Maria, and I am grateful for the community Tom has built. The improvement in my exam speed and confidence alone has been worth it, and it is just one of the many ways this program has elevated my overall performance.
