First time buyer from Tomtoc and it was awesome experience. Love the product and well price

Part of my order was not sent to me and I attempted to contact multiple times to rectify the situation and received no responses.

I just got my shipment, but when I open it I was surprised that the bag is unpack with plastic bag to safe it, also, that’s not my bag. It’s different model which I don’t like it. I received bag without sholder strap !!!

As a remote professional, I needed a compact bag to carry a mobile set up that includes an iPad Pro, and a MacBook. By throwing in a couple of other small accessories, this tomtoc bag is perfect to quickly load up and find a new place to work.

Great product, i work in a high workload environment and it’s nice to have a product that can protect my assets and hold up for the long haul. The storage for my charger, additional batteries for what I’m doing for the day is pretty handy and used well.

Product shipped and all was good just didnt fit my laptop so I started a refund. I went along with the directions and sent my item back to the company in CA. Almost 3 weeks have gone by when it shipped and it still hasnt updated from received item but it was delivered to the company as it listed in the package tracking. Sent atleast 3 emails and have gotten no response at all. Also called the company and they never answered it went to voicemail. Would not recommend unless ur sure their cases fit ur laptop.

I have never received my item. I have emailed numerous times about a refund or replacement. I have never gotten a response, but I did get this email asking for a review.

Customer service was very helpful and very professional, however, I am reducing one star because of how long it took for them to provide an answer. Overall, I was very pleasant

I love my sleek sophisticated iPad cover. I have gone through many as the plastic corners were always breaking off. This has no cheap plastic back. Magnet holds securely

My new MacBookAir fits perfectly into this new carrier/sleeve. The corners are much better than my old carrier/sleeve, and I especially like the shoulder strap. I bring my Mac with me everywhere and this will help keep my Mac from getting dropped.
I also like the other zippered pockets for carrying the cord -= and possibly a mouse as well as pencils etc.
I'm very happy with this!

This case is exactly what I wanted for my Nintendo OLED switch. Slimline case - nice hardshell. Fits the console exxactly, and the soft material flap inside acts a screen protector as well as holding up to 10 cartridges.

I got this for my MacBook Air. It fits perfectly! Nicely padded and it has a convenient side pocket for the charger.

I ordered two cases, one for my Nintendo switch lite and one for my switch oled and only received the case for the switch lite and I reached out to them by email and I still have not received a response. This was about two weeks ago or so.

The product was above my expectations, I love the color, the texture, everything. Installment was also easier than I expected. The only thing I would say is that the waiting process was stressful. But that’s partially my fault. Since the website said that the package would be shipped in three days for US orders, I decided to buy and ship it to the location I will be staying in for next week. I was so worried that the package would arrive after I left and that would leave my iPad around 2 months without a case… luckily the case was shipped on the fourth or fifth day and arrived a few days before I left. Again I love the product and I would most likely repurchase in the future once the one I’m using breaks down.
