Tonic Studios Avis 

I love Tonic Studios, but, their timing for delivery is awful. I have 3 orders (1 from the beginning of March) but am still waiting. Please stir up the despatch department.

The quality of the craft perfect textured card is second to none and I always buy it. My only problem is using the website. It is inordinately slow. I have no problem with other websites so it's nothing to do with my internet speed. I would probably browse more, and buy more of I didn't get so frustrated.

Excellent products no matter what they bring out it is highest standards every time. The customer service team are amazing and have had to put up with a lot during the pandemic. Deliveries are fast and delivered on time with the off Delay by Royal Mail.
Fantastic company all round love to use their products.

I love Tonic Studios products and their deliveries and customer service was second to none, but I had to stop buying during the pandemic when deliveries where getting later and later with no explanations. The team did the best they could but they just weren’t communicating with their customers. I would consider buying again but not while their Facebook complaints page is as active as it is with complaints about deliveries. Hopefully, when the pandemic doesn’t give everyone an excuse for poor customer service deliveries will go back to what they were.

I have placed several orders with Tonic Studios over the years. The vast majority of them have been wrong when they've been delivered. Many times I've tried to call them. I think out of the many calls I have made they have only ever been bothered to answer the phone once! Orders have arrived with parts of the order missing, or with incorrect items. On several occasions, the original package has not even turned up and Tonic has sent out new packages. On other occasions, it has taken them an unacceptable amount of time to even dispatch some of my orders. They just don't seem to give a damn about getting orders right in the first place. Which is a shame as Tonic used to be my go-to craft brand. I won't be buying from them again in the future.

And so much for learning from reviews... I placed an order for some more Tonic products through Create and Craft (fulfilled by Tonic Studios) on 6th April... low and behold on 20th April they still hadnt arrived. I cancelled the order and will NEVER buy this rubbish companies products again in the future... and dont you dare say 'there are currently delays with the post' because items I ordered from C&C after I ordered these Tonics dies, have arrived a lot quicker... also dies I ordered from another company on Friday 17th April, arrived this morning (20th), so if they can do it... why can't Tonic Studios? It simply appears they dont give a crap about customers... they only care about getting your money.

I had a problem with my die and it was replaced immediately. Couldn’t ask for better service than that.
