Zero customer service. No response after weeks of trying to contact them.
Over and double charged.
forced into an email coaching program I didn't want.
Horrible useless company.

Dont buy one as when they stop working, thats it.
The abb system worked well initially and started to produced results for the first few months then it stopped working. I ordered and replaced the pads.
All controls working but nothing at pads.
When I contacted service they asked for a video of it not working??
I have Ben back and forth with service now for over 5 months.

This product did not work properly from day 1. At best it gave a mild to medium tingle. The pads lasted 2 uses. When I complained they offered a 40% reduction or extra pads.They did send another control monitor but it had the same results. I refused and asked for a replacement or my money back on their 30 day guaranteed refund. I have contacted them on 5 further occasions to date and they do not respond. Do not buy from this company°

I have been trying to email you to cancel a standing order for gel pads. Every email I've sent has been rejected. This problem needs to be rectified. I am sending a letter to the Hong Kong address, requesting cancellation of the standing order, as I do not need any more gel pads.

My abdominal stimulator stopped working after two weeks. I contacted the manufacturer and they sent me a replacement unit, but it’s not the unit only that’s a problem. The device doesn’t work even with a new unit. I asked for a refund which was denied.

The product was not comfortable from the start. It was a lot stronger on one side than the other. Other than the clear imbalance after a few weeks the pulses on one side started feeling more surface level instead of deeper and felt like shocks right on my skin. I contacted the company to see about a replacement and the conversation was going well and then suddenly they ghosted me. No response for two weeks now.

Bought the device. Declined subscription for gel pads. Still charged months later. Sold as made in America. Customer service is number in China where no one answers. Ripoff, stay away.

I only ordered the device. Although explicitly declining their subscription for additional gel pads etc, they still charged me for it.
Their support team assured me that I didn’t sign up for any subscription only to find another charge to my credit a few weeks later.

Absolute ripoff. Doesn’t work. Customer service will ghost you. Save your money and do your core training on a chair for free.

Seems a typical rip off. After submitting my card details, 5 minutes of deceptive bull not revealed before hand that you need to pay for sticky pads. Crap. Save your money. Truth in business matters! Once beaten twice shy.
