I found the selection of car seats excellent. Good information provided to help make a choice. There was a supply issue and I had to chase it up a few times, I always got a prompt response from customer services.

Ordered an item online
Ordered an item online.
They never made contact to say the item had arrived.
I then phoned and left a message but got no reply.
After almost two weeks I sent an email and eventually I got a call to say they items had been in and they don’t know why I was not notified.

We received a further email from your email address on Tuesday 21st Sept and you received a reply same day letting you know the goods were delivered and 13th Sept and attached proof of delivery for you.

It took an age to get what I ordered to arrive (2wks) because it wasn’t in stock - should have mentioned this on the website.

The item you ordered is shipped direct from supplier and can take 2-3 weeks for delivery.
This is advertised underneath the add to cart button before purchase.
