Firstly service in-store was shocking
Firstly service in-store was shocking. Went to look at the cotbed first instore. Spoke a lady in the shop ask her to see the cotbed and to demonstrate the bugaboo bee 6 to us. Was asked why as we have a already have a bugaboo fox... i was then asked to wait which we did. After 25min we left not having seen the cot or the bugaboo bee 6, which i have brought from your competitor that to her bad service. I was prepared to pay €30 more at another store for the cot but they were out of stock and not sure when will get in. So brought from Tony Kealy online, as it was the only place that had it in stock. After a week i had not recieved any feedback so emailed to get a reply sometime later along the lines of your supplier will get in contact... I brought it from your store not your supplier so if something it running late take the responsibility and call me. Will not go to TK again out of principle and have told friends and family about shockingly bad experince.
