Hi Michael,
There are 2 types of shingle gauges. You ordered the one for shingles produced after January of 2012. I am guessing you need the one for prior to that. Please give me a call at (865)882-3833 so we can get you what you need.

Experience was awesome.. I was out of town when I needed the tool and trying to fill out the shipping direction on my phone I flip flopped the shipping and billing address.. received a call from a person in the company that noticed it may be incorrect and saved me a huge headache...thanks again.

Website lacks details of shipment when selecting next day delivery, you have to separately go into another window to see that no weekend deliveries. There is no link etc when actually placing the order. When I called to check why the delay the first response from customer service was I can cancel your order and that I should have looked for the shipping information, I later found out it was a “salesmen” I spoke to. When I asked why the shipment information isn’t given during the order, I was told to go to a totally different area on the website to find shipping information and again was offered to cancel my order, no apology which is all I wanted, and to advise them to address it so it doesn’t happen in the future, all other websites show any issues with shipment during your order.
