Amazing Supplier

Not transparent, 2 weeks + delay
Ordered item and said 2/3 days delivery. After ordered a couple of days later received an email saying that item was out of stock and would not be shipped until new stock would be available. If I knew before placing the order then I would have chose another retailer. I feel that a more honest and transparent indication of stock level and the length of delay of delivery would help. My item arrived but 3 weeks after ordering.

Hi there, delivery would usually be 2-3 days but the item was a new launch by Wera and was more popular than anticipated so we sold out our original stock allocation more or less overnight which meant we had to re-order from Wera. Wera did not have UK stock available hence taking 2-3 weeks to arrive with us. We did email to advise of the delay and if the wait was not ok could have cancelled the order offered a refund if required. Apologies you were unhappy. Tool Maniac

14 days since I ordered, still don’t have my order. emailed multiple times no one gets back back to you. Avoid this company.

Hi there, sorry you have felt the need to leave a 1 star review. I can see you have emailed and should have got our "out of office" reply as were were doing an annual stock take over the Easter week and therefore not able to answer as quickly as usual. We did email you when you placed the order to advise of a delay with the stock, if this was not ok we could have cancelled the order and offered a refund, as we did not hear from you it was assumed you were ok to wait. Your item was dispatched - I am in contact with you by email to check this has been received and will rectify if this is not the case. Tool Maniac
