My order still hasn't arrived the…
My order still hasn't arrived the delivery company made two attempts to deliver my order which I didn't receive no notification of original delivery day or re attempted delivery so when I realised
I logged onto the delivery company site to rebook a delivery. which I did then on the day it was ment to be redelivered I tried to track this item on the site and then told me to contact the retailer however I've also tried contacting toolsys customer service on there site got no reply and also have sent them an email still no reply so if the customer service is this bad and none existence like other reviews have said about this company not happy and don't feel confident spending my money here again

parcel stuck in dhl without any information. Try contact with seller for week no any answer for messages and also no any telephone contact available. Never delivered never answer. Avoid

Complete lack of after sales service
Ordered 3 items from Toolsy . 2 were absolutely perfect but one wasn’t suitable. Their return service doesn’t work , they don’t respond to e mails and have no phone number listed. I hope Im wrong but sadly this has all the hallmarks of a business struggling for cashflow who therefore doesn’t want to take returns. I’d be very wary about ordering from this site
