Absolutely awful. Their tracking stated out for delivery on 17th February today 6th March never arrived.

Tried emailing them now for the third time - never any reply.

A total scam.

Toolvia sent me three wall-mounted heaters as ordered online. They are cheap rubbish and poorly made with inadequate instructions. They were advertised as being made by Russell Hobbs but were not and no manufacturer is named at all on the product, leaflet or packaging. Every attempt to contact the firm, in order to return the goods, is met with the same holding message. I sense fraud.

I ordered but no stipulated time was mentioned for delivery, I tracked the order, very easily ,and the parcel was delivered in approx 8 days by yodel, all working perfectly even though I was apprehensive at first by other reviews, my experience was perfect thank you toolvia

Shocking company pretending to be UK based with a co.uk email address.
9 weeks later, nothing

Ordered 10 solar outdoor lights totalling £239. Two arrived damaged. Sent three emails with pictures to their customer services over last 6 weeks. No answer to any of them. No telephone number to call them anywhere on line. Poor product and customer service

Ordered CarPlay adapter heard nothing after order accepted email, no replies to emails.
Scam company stay away.

BEWARE SCAM COMPANY !!
I ordered a Wireless CarPlay Adaptor from Toolvia. I received what looked like the model on the glitzy advert and video, EXCEPT IT DID NOT WORK AT ALL ! Plugged it in and it just did nothing absolutely nothing, no lights on the gadget, nothing on my car screen. Ive sent 4 emails to the customer@toolvia email and each time get the exact same automated response page with no other contact details available. Ive tried looking for alternative email address's and phone numbers but havent found another way of contact this scam company.

I have ordered my staff and paid for it, still never received even an acknowledgement. I don't think they are a legitimate company; it seems like a scam.

No communication at all, no customer service after payment, but the product did turn up……. Eventually

An absolute scam. I ordered 4 items weeks ago for £45 and have never received a confirmation nor a reply to emails nor obviously the goods.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

If this company is legitimate then I’ll eat my socks.
For a start, this is NOT a UK company - so the stuff you order will get likely get shipped on a slow boat from china. I doubt they hold any stock.
Went direct to their UK?website Selected item, took advantage of offer of free delivery and 20% off for ordering 2 (the ordering system is a bit confusing), placed order, did not get free delivery reduction and second item was incorrect. Immediately raised my concerns in multiple ways via their 2 different support email addresses, facebook AND WhatsApp but got no response. Repeatedly emailed over next few days without response then finally told them to cancel - immediately got a response back (from klaus) to say that I couldn’t cancel or change the order as it had been dispatched and then 10 mins later got an email saying that the order had been dispatched. I immediately replied both klaus email and order email only to be completely ignored again. Nothing, nada, zilch since (2 weeks now).
If there is any customer service then I couldn’t get any. As for my order, lord knows if that is real or not.
My advice - steer well clear of this company- if it is a company as it’s not what it first seems or what it portrays itself to be.
