Great Company, my only downside is they need open banking & unfortunately i only have Prepaid banks ie Suitsme & Pockit therefore i can't get anymore loans with them

Poor customer service!
Getting the loan itself was good and easy. But once I found my circumstances had changed and I had to enter a DMP, the customer care service was absolutely shocking! Every other company I had to deal with were understandable and really helpful. Toot Loans still took the money paid from my DMP and were also taking the money from my account which they refused to stop. When speaking to them via email, they are unhelpful and rude!

Declined without even checking credit profile or open banking.
All the 5* reviews are fake and most likely owned by Toot. Assuming this company just sell your data on and doesn’t actually give out loans. Avoid at all costs.

Ignorant customer service
Advertised as getting back to you within 24 hours.
Applied and my Dashboard said it was referred and I'll be contacted within 24 hours. DAYS gone by and no contact despite me sending an email to customer service after 24 hours to which I still haven't even had a response.
The application on the Dashboard disappeared after a few days, so I resubmitted it and it once again says referred and still haven't heard back.
Waste of time, ignorant customer service.
