Topaz Detailing Avis 58

The Southampton Team made my 4 year old Range Rover look brand new - I took it in to have existing PPF repaired (not done by them) but they really went to town to sort out even the smallest blemish. I've used them for PPF recently and the experience then was first rate to. Thanks to Chris and his team for their wonderful service.

The gentleman dealing with my query was extremely efficient. He listened carefully, checked his understanding and offered resolution beyond my expectation. No hard sell, just giving useful information to help me. The best customer experience I have had in years. Thank you!!

VERY poor!
I had my Spyder RS PPF'd with Topaz Leeds and there were slashed lines in the wing mirrors and poorly fitted PPF in wheel arches.
I spoke with Swara (who clearly felt she was far too important to be dealing with me (and who took DAYS to get back to me)) who eventually suggested I take my vehicle on a TWO hour drive to allow them to rectify THEIR mistakes.
This, was after I had paid OVER SIX THOUSAND POUNDS for PPD and ceramic coating.
Kings new clothes me thinks along with a shocking attitude towards their customers.
AVOID at ALL cost if you love your vehicle!!

Emilie failed to act as promised, he failed to quote price and date as agreed.

I found Emilio and Topaz transparently unprofessional, rude and arrogant.

My car is a 992.1 S/T so it was not a case of elitism which I have heard they are guilty of too.

Good morning, I am very dissatisfied with the product I received. I ordered the Heritage finish in matte gray and received it in silver. I just installed it today and it's not what I ordered. I hope you will correct this error and send me the decal in matte gray (NARDO GREY OEM SATIN), as you can see the silver 911 (which looks white) looks awful on my matte gray car.

I want to mention that I have 250,000 followers on social media from business owners and car brands, and I know they will rectify this error by sending me the Heritage 911 sticker in the color I ordered, free of charge and without the exorbitant customs fees that DHL charged me.

So very difficult to select a preferred vehicle detailer but Emilio at Topaz Detailing, Bristol, was incredibly helpful and reassuring, providing first-class customer service throughout. Their Level 2 detailing and ceramic coating carried out by Nicola returned my Mercedes-AMG C43 to almost new condition.

Topaz Matte PPF has transformed the car, workmanship and finish is faultless. Ordered recommended Topaz cleaning products and after my first wash of the car today I can thoroughly recommend the Pre wash, snow foam, shampoo + and Hydro lite. All greatly enhanced the “touchless” bodywork techniques to achieve a superb finish.

Great service and excellent products.

High quality vinyl. Windsheild banners all had hard seams in the lettering that could not be smoothed out to present an eom appearance.

Let me state at the outset, the Topaz products I use are fantastic, ive orderd various items in the past and not had any issues whatsoever, but, I placed an order on 4th December 2025, 2 days later I had various emails from royal mail to say my package was, out for delivery, due to be deliverd on another day, then the next day, delivery refused! Parcel returned to sender, I contacted Topaz shop to see what happens next, was sent an email with 3 options of refund, but only 50% of product!! Re deliver or deliver to an alt address, i provided an alt aaddress and thought it would be sent out again, after a week of silence I still had no delivery, I contacted agian to reciave an email a few days later saying the person dealing with it had been on leave and they would sort it ASAP. Another few days later I still had no delivery, so contacted Topaz again, to recieve the same 3 option choice, an alt address was again supplied and I thought that the delivery would be soon sent out, but again, after a few days, nothing, bear in mind this is now approaching Christmas I sent more emails asking where my order was, and heard nothing untill the new year when's recieved an email from someone else at Topaz who was more than helpfull on this occasion, my order arrived soon after, but well over a month after the initial order date, again, im not knocking Topaz, apart from the ignored emails and slow response the products are really good and would recommend all day long, but, on this occasion I think the start of the problems stem from royal mail, which is a shame because I will think twice about ordering from Topaz again due the issues this time
