Wish I had read the reviews before buying. Helpful on the phone, printer chosen and sorted.Told next day (Friday) delivery, if not, then Monday. Wednesday arrives still not delivered. Investigations reveal the printer was supposedly faulty and I wasn't contacted as agent was sick!! Like they only have one person working there? Chosen printer now out of stock. Told I could have an upgrade at same price. Next day delivery promised. Four days later and I was still waiting.Told the tracking site is not available. Excuses at every possibility. Customer service support tried to be as helpful as possible and very polite but bottom line was the experience was awful and it took 10 days for the printer to be delivered and about 20 phone calls and as many emails. DO NOT use these people.Find what you want elsewhere.

I ordered a Belkin Power board from this scam company (before I knew it was a scam), I should have read the reviews. The item arrived but it is not going to suit my situation, too large to fit where it needs to be located. I contacted them regarding organising a return for refund. After a week and placing 3 phone calls to follow up, I got an email stating as this was a "special order item", they won't accept it back & won't refund. Nowhere on the webpage did it state this was a special order item and refunds would not be given on returns. Had I had that information prior to placing my order I would have looked elsewhere.

Terrible service, product hasnt arrived. They dont respond to emails, calls or text messages and still has teh same product listed on their website as in stock

I ordered paper that stated online that it was in stock and is available for next day shipping. I have now contacted Big Banana 3 times to get an update on shipping and last email was to get a refund and no reply. It has been 4 weeks since i placed my order. Please do not order from them.

Like I've said everywhere, don't EVER buy a printer or anything else from topbanana australia.

This company has terrible service, I ordered an OKI printer for $1200 and it came faulty, nothing was printing properly. We followed all their advice to fix it, a technician came out, EVEN he couldn't fix it, and now they are wanting to charge us more to fix a extremely expensive printer THAT WAS BROKEN IN THE FIRST PLACE. Glory the customer support woman will not give me a refund and is not willing to help, the customer support and company is a deadright scam.
They won't even allow me to simply return the product for a refund. Unbelievable
